Hello and good morning from England.

It is a bright day.

It is lovely. It is sunny.

It isn't warm.

It is still chilly, but at least the sun is shining

and everything is looking rather nice.

But the big question is, where am I?

Where is Mr. Duncan?

Because I am not in Much Wenlock at the moment.

I am somewhere else.

I have decided to come out and about as a special way

of spending some of this lovely

summer time together.

A lovely, lovely thing to do.

But I suppose I should tell you where I am.

I will tell you in a moment.

This is just a short live stream. Mr.

Steve at the moment is having his singing lesson.

So whilst he's doing that,

I'm going to walk around this particular place.

A very unusual place.

In fact, you might say it is a famous place.

It is.

It is historical.

You might also say that as well.

You might say that this is an historic place.

They have to be right, you see, or else I get really annoyed.

the historic town of Leamington Spa.

Leamington Spa?

Not just that.

This is Royal Leamington Spa.

Let me tell you right now.

In 1838, Queen Victoria stopped off here

because she needed to go to the toilet.

It was not the royal wee.

It was the royal poop.

And she had such a lovely time here

because the toilet paper was nice and soft.

Queen Victoria was so excited about her experience

of going to the toilet here in Leamington Spa

that she called it

Royal Leamington Spa,

and that is the reason why

it is known as the Royal Town,

because Queen Victoria liked it so much,

she decided to put the royal title

at the start of it.

Anyway, here we are.

I am in a lovely place, Leamington

as most people know it has around here.

Leamington sits on the river Leam,

which is why it is called Leamington.

And I am here with you right now.

Not for long, because Mr.

Steve is going for his singing lesson.

So I am only here for a short time.

So for those who think that I am going to be here for a long time,

I am not going to be here for a long time.

I'm only here for a few moments whilst Mr.

Steve does his singing going.

I really wanted to do a live stream from Mr.

Steve's singing lesson.

I think that would be very good.

So this is the main street here in Leamington Spa.

You can see it is very beautiful.

Lots of very nice buildings are situated here

in Leamington Spa.

So there are many shops here.

I would say that most of the shops here in Leamington

are very similar

to the ones that you would see everywhere

in all sorts of towns around the UK,

so all the usual shops.

There is also a wonderful big shopping

centre here as well.

Of course many towns, many cities

will normally have very large areas with many large,

sometimes expensive shops inside as well

and we call them shopping centres,

shopping arcades or shopping malls,

as they often say in the United States.

But here in the UK we normally

call them shopping centres.

So a shopping centre is normally a place

where there are lots of shops for people to walk around.

Normally it is also under cover as well,

so it is a nice place to walk around.

So there is a big shopping centre

here in Royal Leamington Spa

and that is really it.

So this is only a short live stream.

I just wanted to say hello for all those

And as I always say, if I wake up in the morning

You might also notice behind me

it is very busy with the traffic as well.

So this is one of the main roads

that goes through the middle of Leamington Spa,

and you might notice that there is a lot of traffic.

A lot of people have decided to come out today

to enjoy the lovely weather.

We are having some lovely sunshine, by the way.

A little bit of cloud in the sky,

but as you can see we are

having some very nice weather today.

It is not too bad.

Also, I suppose I should mention

we have a very good 5G signal here,

so I would imagine that the quality of the picture

and the sound is is quite good as well.

At least I hope it is.

For those wondering where I am now.

I am in the beautiful town,

the historic town of Royal Leamington Spa.

If you ever get a chance to come to this part of the world.

So where this is,

is in a county called Warwick, Warwickshire.

So around this area there are many lovely places

to visit and Leamington Spa is one of those places.

I will be going in around about five minutes.

So just another five minutes and then I have to go back to the car because Mr.

Steve is going to take me

to Banbury.

We are having lunch with Mr.

Steve's sister and also his brother in law,

so we are having a nice day out.

Isn't it lovely? Isn't it nice?

Sometimes it's nice to jump in the car and go somewhere.

Talking of trips,

going to places.

where we are going for our vacation in June.

And I don't want to be angry because the weather is lovely.

there is almost no cloud to spoil

my view.
