Maybe at work, you have to work with someone and

The other word I wanted to teach you today is airball.

This is a very specific and unique word.

이것은 매우 구체적이고 독특한 단어입니다.

This refers to the game of basketball.

이것은 농구 경기를 말합니다.

When you shoot the ball and if it misses

공을 슛했는데

the basket completely, it doesn't hit the rim.

바구니를 완전히 놓치면 공은 림에 닿지 않습니다.

Like, it doesn't hit the edge of the basket.

바구니 가장자리에 닿지 않아요.

It doesn't go in the basket.

장바구니에 들어가지 않습니다.

It goes right past the basket.

We would say that's an airball.

We sometimes in English might use this to
