Learn the English Phrases "the calm before the storm" and "to storm off"

In this English lesson, I wanted to teach

이 영어 수업에서는 '

you the phrase the calm before the storm.

폭풍 전의 고요'라는 표현을 가르쳐 드리고 싶습니다.

Now, you can use this literally to talk about the

이제, 이 표현을 문자 그대로 사용해서

fact that there's going to be a storm later today.

오늘 늦게 폭풍이 올 것이라는 사실을 말할 수 있습니다.

But it's actually quite calm and

peaceful out here right now.

And that's actually true.

The other phrase I wanted to teach

wanted to talk about to storm off.

떠나고 싶다고 말하고 싶었습니다.

When you storm off, it means

당신이 떠나버린다는 것은

you're angry and you leave.

당신이 화가 나서 떠난다는 것을 의미합니다.

So maybe you're in a store and you're

like, you charged me too much for this. I'm annoyed.

And then you leave.

That's probably not exactly how you would

say it, but when you're angry and

So to review, the calm before the storm

something bad happens or something more intense happens.
