Meaning of SHOUTOUT - A Really Short English Lesson with Subtitles

it means that you mention them on the radio,

on television, or in a video,

I usually use the first one,

but you can also put a dash in it.

Anyways, if you give someone a shoutout,

it means that you mention them in a video

or on TV or on the radio,

so I want to give a shoutout to my friend Shaun
