So it's not necessarily New Year's resolutions, but specific goals,

So, the way I like to write goals, sometimes, is to write it in the present

And the last thing is, who is the person you want to be in 2023?

Now, I'm not saying that you need to change, that's not what I mean.

It's just, I think it's important to know how you want to feel

every day when you wake up.
