When to say, "My Sentiments Exactly."

There are many ways to say, "I agree with  you." But here's one you may not have heard:  

「私はあなたに同意します」と言う方法はたくさんあります 。 しかし、これはあなたが聞いたことがないかもしれません:

My sentiments exactly. "My sentiments  exactly" means "I completely agree with
