Of course, this is grammatically correct.

So notice should is your modal verb  and you use modal plus base verb.

And of course, this verb is used to  express obligation, advice or expectation.

It's because it's grammatically  incorrect as a noun.

This is the verb to work conjugated in  the present simple with your subject.

She, she works at the bank.

But I hear my students say I  have a lot of works tonight.

This is grammatically incorrect.

이는 문법적으로 틀렸습니다.

The same with I have a lot of homeworks tonight.

오늘 밤에도 숙제가 많아요.

The word homework includes  work, and these are nouns.

숙제라는 단어에는 일이 포함되며 이는 명사입니다.

Now, work is a collective noun,  which means it's always singular.

이제, 일은 집합 명사이므로 항상 단수입니다.

So to be grammatically correct, you need  to say I have a lot of work tonight.

문법적으로 정확하게 표현하려면 ' 오늘 밤 할 일이 많아요'라고 해야 합니다.

I have so much homework to do.

Now keep in mind work, when it means tasks,  assignments, or obligations, is a collective noun.

It's always singular.

But we also use works with  artistic, intellectual creations.

Now in this case, it's a regular  noun, so it can be singular or plural.

For example, his works of art are  displayed in galleries around the world.

They may not say of art, it's implied, so  if you ever see that and you're confused,

that's the reason why it's acceptable  with artistic or intellectual creations.

This is incorrect.

It's because you need the article, the  I'd love to visit the United States.

Or you could say he's the  president of the United States.

How about this sentence?

The United States President  is visiting us next week.

In this case, United States  is used as an adjective.

The president is visiting us.

대통령이 우리를 방문해요.

The belongs to the noun president.

은 명사 대통령에 속합니다.

United States functions as an adjective.

미국은 형용사로 기능합니다.

Remember that proper nouns such as cities  or countries don't require articles.

the United States is an exception.

I hear this mistake so often.

You may know that I love saying you rock.

You rock, which is another way of saying  you're amazing, great, or awesome.

Native speakers like myself love saying this.

I see so many comments where  students say you are rock.

This is incorrect.

It is not to be rock.

That's not the sentence structure.

The sentence structure is to rock.

So it's using rock as a verb.

So if I say you rock, that  is in the present simple.

This is the infinitive to rock.

Number six ain't.

You may already know that this is slang, not  standard English, but you should understand it

because natives commonly use it.

But I think you shouldn't use  it because there's a high risk

it will sound inappropriate  because yes, natives use it.

You'll hear it in music.

음악에서 들을 수 있을 거예요.

Taylor Swift has a song called  Ain't Nothing But You, and in  

테일러 스위프트는 Ain't Nothing But You라는 노래를 가지고 있고,

a separate song called Blank Space,  she repeats the line Ain't it funny?

Blank Space라는 별도의 노래에서 그녀는 Ain't it funny?라는 가사를 반복합니다.

Ain't it funny a lot?

정말 웃기지 않나요?

In this case, ain't means isn't native  speakers also use it in casual conversation.

in certain expressions that just sound correct.

But again, I recommend that you shouldn't use

You should remove this because it's often  used with a negative, not a neutral meaning.

이 단어는 중립적인 의미가 아닌 부정적인 의미로 사용되는 경우가 많으므로 삭제해야 합니다.

So students learn that fine is bad,  fine good so it's more neutral.

그래서 학생들은 괜찮은 것이 나쁘고, 괜찮은 것이 좋으니까 더 중립적이라는 것을 배웁니다.

But that's not how natives actually use it.

For example, if you're in a restaurant and  let's say you order salmon and the server

There is one time where native speakers use fine  in this neutral context that the word implies.

That's what native speakers would say.

Need is for necessity and have is for  obligation, but they're often interchangeable.

Need는 필수성을 의미하고 have는 의무를 의미하지만, 이 둘은 종종 서로 바꿔 쓸 수 있습니다.

You don't need to buy groceries, we  already have everything for dinner,

so this sounds like there's a lack of necessity.

You don't have to work tomorrow, it's a holiday.

So this is a lack of obligation.

But again, a lot of the time you can use one  or the other and there's no difference #9 must.

If my husband said to me, you must  get groceries, I would be like, wow,

This is a formal obligation.

You need to You have to pack warm clothes.

Most likely you need to have  to buy new shoes for the party.

You need that preposition in.

So if you say I participated in the  conference, I would ask you how so?

그러니까 제가 컨퍼런스에 참여했다고 하면 , 어떻게 참여했는지 물어보겠습니다.

Were you a speaker?

당신은 연설가였나요?

Were you a moderator because  you were actively involved?

당신은 적극적으로 참여했기 때문에 감독자였습니까 ?

But maybe you just wanted to say I attended the  conference, You were present at the conference.

하지만 아마도 당신은 그저 제가 그 컨퍼런스에 참석했다고 말하고 싶었을 겁니다 . 당신은 그 컨퍼런스에 참석했었습니다.

But you can absolutely participate in this YouTube

The mistake I hear is that funny is commonly  used when fun is the correct choice.

Remember, funny produces laughter,  but fun produces enjoyment.

Or entertainment Students say to me the game  was funny and I reply and say, oh really?

또는 오락 학생들이 게임이 재밌다고 하면 나는 정말이에요라고 대답합니다.

Why?

왜?

Why did it make you laugh?

왜 웃었니?

But they didn't want to say funny.

하지만 그들은 웃기는 말을 하고 싶어하지 않았습니다.

They meant to say the game was  fun, which means enjoyable.

그들은 게임이 재미있었다, 즉 즐거웠다고 말하고 싶었습니다 .

And then I would reply back  and say, oh, that's great.

그러면 나는 다시 답장하여 , 오, 그거 참 좋군요라고 말할 거예요.

I'm so glad.

정말 기쁘네요.

Now you can absolutely say the party was  funny, I laughed a lot or the party was fun.

이제 당신은 확실히 파티가 재밌었다고 말할 수 있을 겁니다 . 많이 웃었어요. 파티가 즐거웠어요. 정말

I had a great time.

즐거운 시간을 보냈어요. 문법적으로 올바르고 자연스럽게 들리는 단어를 사용해 어휘력을 향상시키는 데
