right so let's talk about motivation again this  is for people who want to do anything but the

you're you're feeling stuck about doing all right  I want to keep this very simple because I I think

are two basic pieces of how motivation works and  by motivation I mean uh how we think about things

it was very frustrating I couldn't find my words  all of the the typical kinds of things that most

so I still had uh even though I knew what to do  the path was basically clear uh I still had lots

of doubts lots of worries lots of uh like you know  just the typical kinds of issues that that people

that case the path is actually blocked and they'll  need to maybe find a different way to do something
