as happy as I am you know what I don't think it's normal for anyone to be this

lively at 10 o'clock at night but here I am feeling oh so happy today do you know

why I feel happy because earlier tonight I was listening to lots of 1980s music

of course during the 1980s I was a teenager between the ages of 16 and 24 I

I lived through the 1980s and of course during the 1980s there was lots of great

music just to show you how much I love 1980s music look look at all of these

CDs that I have can you see so there is one club eighties lots of

disco music from the 1980s also another CD collection The Greatest Hits of the

1980s as you can see I really do like 1980s music because that is when I was

growing up and also another one into the 1980s and that was what I was doing

earlier I was getting into the groove of the 1980s and and oh here is another

compilation lots of great eighties songs lots of electronic music can you see

there it says electronic 80s the collection so I love 1980s music I

don't know about you maybe you don't maybe you are very young and perhaps you

were born a long time after the 1980s but can I just say now 1980s music still

is the best whatever anyone says I know that some people think that music from

the 1960s was good you had groups like the Beatles and The

Rolling Stones but between you and me I think music from the 1980s was the best

I have had such a busy day today so busy I had to wash some of mr. Steve's stinky

clothes and when I was emptying the washing machine earlier I don't know if

this happens to you does this happen to you you always end up with one spare

sock and here it is so this is the sock that was left at the bottom of the

washing machine and I've looked everywhere but I can't find the other

sock I don't know where it is so could you please do me a favor could you have

a look around your your house or maybe that the area you are sitting in now

could you have a look please if you see a sock that looks like this then it's

actually mr. Steve's other sock it always happens though doesn't it

whenever you do some washing if you put some socks in the washing machine you

always lose at least one sock talking of mr. Steve I already know that many

people will be waiting patiently to see mr. Steve well sadly at the moment mr.

Steve isn't here he has gone out tonight because he's gone to a rehearsal he's

appearing in a show in a random three weeks time so he's out tonight

doing a rehearsal for a show but guess what

I think mr. Steve will be back in around about ten or fifteen minutes time so

maybe we will get a chance to see mr. Steve arrive back home from his big

rehearsal tonight and I will ask Steve to talk about the show that he's doing

because it's very interesting it's quite exciting so why am I here well the

reason why I'm here at this very late hour because it is now five minutes past

10:00 at night now normally most people are getting ready for bed now here in

the UK but here I am now dancing around in front of a camera live to the world

now the reason why I'm here is because as some of you might know I've had some

problems with my computer over the past two or three months and last week we had

a lot of problems in fact the computer was really really having a big problem

doing anything now the reason is because the computer is eight years old and it

needs upgrading or maybe even replacing so of course at the moment I'm I'm

putting a little bit of money aside I'm trying to save up also I've had some

lovely donations as well from you so first of all can I say a big thank you

pair of trainers next month but now I don't have to oh so that means I can put

that money that I would have spent on my new trainers I can put it towards my new

computer yes that is what I'm doing at the moment I am trying to get a new

computer I was going to upgrade my old one but apparently there are so many

problems with it it's probably better to get a new one so can you guess what I'm

the right way or the logical way sensitive means that you react to things

very easily so if you are very sensitive it means you react to things very easily

normally say I'm a big fan of you so if you are a fan if you enjoy one

particular thing you can say that you are a fan of it a fan of football a fan

hard but as you improve your English you will find that you will catch a lot of

the phrasal verbs and also idioms as well these are things that you gather as

you learn English so you can't learn everything at once and this is a very

well of course listening is something that you can't do straight away it takes

time so listening learning to listen is something you have to do over time it's

very similar to the way I learnt English when I was a child so English is my

first language but of course when I was a child when I was very young in in the

school that I attended they used to get us to listen to English being spoken so

that's what we did we had to listen to English being spoken we had to listen to

the way it was used and also the pronunciation of words so so even I

learned English by by listening to English by learning to read English and

of course as I said earlier the hardest part of all is speaking English a lot of

people have trouble with that mr. Duncan can I learn English in 45 days no no you

can't if anyone tells you that you can they are lying you can't learn the whole

English language you can learn all of the the clauses and the

rules in just a month and a half it's impossible trust me mr. Duncan are you

speaking slowly to be clear and so we understand you know this is how I

if you're writing a letter for example if you're talking about one particular

subject that would be a paragraph and then when you finish that when it comes

to a natural end and you want to start talking about something different then

you start a new paragraph would I'll be right there

come to an end yes but if you're writing a letter it's that the rules are
