what is the meaning of life?

And I can tell you that there  is not one, unfortunately.

I would say the meaning of  life is to do what you wanna do

and not care what other people think.

What is the meaning of life?

Meaning of life; fun, enjoy  yourselves, take it how it comes.

What it's meant to be is gonna be, just have fun.

To have fun and be happy and...

just do what you want,  realistically, because nobody cares.

There is another side to it.

Like, the fact that things are meaningless,

doesn't mean they're bad

and it's actually quite liberating,

when, you know, you can just sort of,

let go of all these values  and just chill, basically.

What makes your life meaningful? - Family.

I agree. - Yeah.

Is she your family. - No.

Work family, work family. - Work family.

This is also important;

happy in work, happy at home...  yeah. - Absolutely, yes.

What makes you feel that your life is fulfilled?

Okay, wow! Getting even deeper.

I think, finding someone to experience life with.

feel like you're making a difference to the world.

I think so!

I like going to the gym, 'cos  it keeps me healthy as well.

I guess like, talking to people as well.

I like cars. Cars make me happy.

I don't drive anything nice, but I like cars.

How do you manage to... to  keep this positivity and this?

Well, take every day as it comes and just...

I mean, it's been hard for a lot of people

over the last couple of  years (with) what's happened,

but it's all about up here.

I know a lot of people suffer  from depression and everything,

we all do.

But, maybe I'm one of the lucky  ones that can cope with it

and get on with it.

But I know a lot of people,  friends of mine, that...

they can't.

So, I've experienced a lot of things in my life;

ex-military, been in bombs in  Israel, everything, you know,

through terrorist attacks and...

here; yeah, it takes a lot out of you,

but, I managed to deal with it and  I get on with my life, you know.

I would say that's the meaning of life,

is just doing what you wanna do

and not caring about other people.

But also caring about other  people, if that makes any sense.

I feel like it's a very complex question. - Yeah.

And I do believe that it makes sense, absolutely.

Because I think kind of, not very much different.

You have to have the good balance between,

doing what you want to do, but also understanding,

that you should help other people, I think.

Life's too short to be depressed.

I mean, just... whatever's happened, has happened.

You can't change the past.

Can't change future, it's gonna be...

what's gonna be, is gonna be.

Just go with it.

That's great.

And what do you do to keep yourself  energetic and motivating...

motivated and happy?

Lots of caffeine and more alcohol.

That always does the job.

Is important?

You should do it.

I think everyone needs to have a goal in life,

in where they want to get to, ultimately,

to make themself feel, as I  said, fulfilled and happy.

So just, working towards your goal every day.

Do you think this meaning of life,

is something what science could teach?

Or is it always depending on yourself?

So it's always different by every and each person?

I think it's completely dependent.

I think if people want to believe

that science is the answer to everything,

then they can believe that.

But, also because of religion and stuff,

a lot of people believe different things

and I think that's what makes life so good.

Is that, people believe different things...

it would be boring if everyone  thought the same thing.

When I open my restaurant, I  want this written on the wall;

existence is meaningless.

If everything were to somehow be destroyed,

the total value of the loss would be zero.

One day, the substance that comprises you,

at that particular time,

will be arranged by the great laws of causation,

in such a way that you die.

Until that day of relief,

you only have your irrelevant thoughts

and your sensory perceptions.

And that's why you should not  waste time eating bad food.
