Meaning of SPRING IS IN THE AIR - A Really Short English Lesson with Subtitles

So today where I live in Canada it's supposed to go up to 11 degrees Celsius.

That's really quite nice and warm for us, and we have a saying in English, "Spring is

It doesn't mean that it is Spring.

We're still a few weeks off from the first real day of Spring, but definitely today it
