I can't believe it this is the worst airline  in the world how can this happen to me

well they told me I had to wait for  about 14 to 17 hours that was crazy

pues me dijeron que tenia que esperar como de 14 a 17 horas eso fue una locura

I didn't want to be here on this uncomfortable  seats they're really uncomfortable believe me

yo no quería estar aquí en estos asientos incómodos, son realmente incómodos, créanme,

so I asked them to bring the supervisor over to  talk to them I was angry with them really angry

the food was amazing the room was very big  the service was fantastic and all three
