so this is similar to say I heard that

but sometime native english speaker would say hear tell

they both mean the same thing so you should you could say I hear you or I hear that

that mean that you are listening and that you agree

so if you want to say you agree but actually sound like native english speaker these one is phases

it could be use in public speaking your addressing a lot crowd

or could you just want to ask some emphasize hear you me

I will never never ahh I don't know do something you don't wanna do right

so hear you me let me hear you say it alright

so ahh hear you me I will not break my diet

last one hear me out I love this phase hear me out

hear me out means listen to me please I beg of you

listen to me a something importance to say

so hear me out if you are having a discussion with someone that turn in kind of heating to beg or even that screaming your argument you might use it

hear me out I wanna explain myself
