I was thrilled when we reached the figure  of 100000 on our YouTube channel. But this  

is not a figure. It is a family of 1,00,000  members who want to be part of the English  

Boosting Power channel. This channel, or I  would say this family consists of advanced,  

intermediate and beginner or naïve members.  Both Hindi-speaking and non-Hindi-speaking  

members like to watch this channel.  When we make a video in English,  

we get comments about why we do not explain  it in Hindi. But when we explain in Hindi,  

we get comments requesting to explain in  English. So, we got confused about which  

language to use as a medium for the explanation.  And finally, we decided to opt for both languages.  

Some videos will be in Hindi, and some will  be in English as a medium of explanation. Now,  

come to the main point of this video. "The award"  We received an email from YouTube saying that we  

have been qualified for an award, and to get the  award, we needed to provide some personal details.  

We clicked on the link provided in the email and  entered our details. With those details, YouTube  

sent us an award which we all were expecting. So,  my dear learners, our family, our YouTube family,  

received the Silver Play Button award. It was not  just because of my efforts or Havisha's efforts.  

It was the result of the contribution of our  YouTube family members. You kept on motivating us,  

and we kept on making videos. We did our best  to provide a quality product not to disappoint  

you. You are investing your valuable time on  this channel, and in return, we want to give  

you the worth of your time so that you won't feel  deceived and disappointed. So, here is the silver  

play button dedicated to all the members of this  YouTube family, English Boosting Power. Look at  

the name English Boosting Power on this award.  It's wonderful. I love it. Somebody suggested in  

a comment that why not change the channel's name  from English Boosting Power to Havisha Rathore  

because she is the one who contributes the most.  Let me tell you. It's not who is contributing  

more. It's about contribution, and everybody  is contributing in some way or another in this  

learning process, in this learning platform. It's  not only Havisha. Let me ask you a question. Could  

I have made more videos without your motivation?  I don't think so. Without your appreciation,  

I couldn't have improved myself. I am not perfect.  Nobody is perfect. We are learning, and whatever  

we are learning, we are sharing it with all the  members of this family. Nobody knows everything.  

It is a gradual process, and we must follow it. We  can't criticize and give up learning further. If  

you want to learn something, you need two things,  patience and consistency. Slowly is the fastest  

way to learn and perfect anything. Those who try  to find short cut end up learning slowly. So,  

slowly, gradually, and steadily, my dear learners,  is the only way to learn fast. I am thrilled to  

have this silver play button in my hand. I wish  I could send this award to all of you. But that's  

not possible physically, but virtually you all can  feel it. This is your award, not only mine. I wish  

I could call you here and feel this award. When I  was discussing the same thing with my family and  

expressed my desire to see this award physically  in your hands, you are the real winner. You know  

what my younger sister Harika said. She said  why can't we divide this award into pieces,  

and the parts can be sent to all the members of  this YouTube channel. The idea was good. But if I  

break this award, this award won't be an award.  There will only be pieces of metal or glass,  

and they won't have any value. Similarly, English  Boosting Power won't have any value if you are not  

a part of this channel. This is English Boosting  Power only because of you. Because you are part  

of this family. You are making it worthwhile.  Without you, there is no family. So, my dear  

brothers and sisters, I don't want to break it,  as Harika suggested. I respected her suggestion,  

her idea. At least it was good that she engaged  herself in the discussion, thought about the  

problem, and brought out her point of view  and a method for the cause. If we had laughed,  

she could have felt embarrassed. And as a result,  probably, she would not express her idea openly  

in the future. She thought this award was sweet  and could be distributed like a sweet. She is  

so naïve and innocent. But over a period of time,  she will learn many things. We wanted to celebrate  

this occasion, this award. So, we celebrated,  and please have a glimpse of the celebration.  

We just wanted to thank you for being  part of this family. Please keep  

motivating us like earlier so that we  keep making wonderful videos for our
