question is one that I've heard several

times before.

That's why I want to share this one

today. I think it will be very interesting

for you to learn. The question is how to

stop making the same mistakes over and

over. So if you're interested in my

Greetings from china. Hi China! My biggest

challenge of this year in English

learning is that my foundation of

English is not solid. I tend to make the

same mistakes again and again. Could you

give me any suggestions to improve? Thank

you Aleena for your question. I'm really

happy that you asked this and it's so

nice of you to tell me about your

challenge in English. So thank you. I'd

like to answer. I wrote my answer here to

make it easy to understand. I hope this

is easy. I know there's a lot of steps

here but follow along.

First you must understand that mistakes

are good and important. You need to make

mistakes to learn and we also need to

speak a lot.

You can't make mistakes if you're not

speaking so go ahead get out there and

speak a lot. Number two you have to

believe that you are able to learn,

improve, and become fluent. So this is a

mindset.

This is changing the way that you are

thinking so stop thinking things like, 'I can't"

or, 'I'll never' or 'I'm not a very

good learner'. Those thoughts are not real.

Those are just doubts that everyone has

about themselves but you don't need them.

So leave those thoughts behind and come

with me in our Go Natural English group

and we're going to believe that you are

able to learn to improve and become

fluent because I believe in you. Three

you must be aware that you are making

mistakes. So how do you become aware?

Well first of all you can get help. You

could join a Go Natural English premium

course and I would personally help you.

Number two you could be self-aware.

How about really being

conscious about your mistakes. I know

that you notice when you make mistakes

otherwise you would not be asking this

question. So be self-aware. One trick

one suggestion is to record yourself

speaking and you can listen to yourself

and check your own mistakes. Number four

find your mistakes and then find the

right way. So number five practice the

right way until it becomes a habit. And

how about number six next time you

are in same situation be aware. So again

we're going to repeat because it takes

time. Be patient with yourself.

It takes time to improve. Get help from a

teacher or a tutor. Be self-aware. Use the

right way and repeat the right way until

you remember it.

That's it. It's not so bad.

The key the most important part is to be

to believe in yourself that you can

improve your fluency, to be aware of your

mistakes, to find out the right way and

then to practice and repeat the right

way until it becomes a habit.

Speaking English is a habit. It comes from

practice and once you practice the right

way it will feel natural to you. It will

not feel difficult or challenging. That's

why I call my english learning company

Go Natural English because I want to

help you to feel that English fluency is
