stop going deeper into that information and as I  often say there are really three different levels

of understanding so the first is when you're  just exposed to some language the second one

about that it's really easy just to compare those  sentences and know okay this is red and this is

right so this is how natives learn and the reason  they're learning this way is because it's the only

usual all right so let's begin first example  uh we'll do the price so we'll do the price

by $10 the price increased by $10 what is  my profession says ec24 you can guess see  

$10 인상하겠습니다. 가격이 $10 인상되었습니다. 내 직업이 무엇이라고 ec24라고 되어 있나요? 짐작하실 수 있습니다.

if you can guess what my profession is the price  increased by $10 and then we also have the price

increased or the price increased to $10 so I  was talking with my with my kids about this

not this specific example about pricing but we  were talking about buy and two and I was giving

them some different sentence examples of that  uh so we have the price increased by $10 and

up or this going down you will hear these uh  prepositions used a lot now if you want to

say jumped uh the price in and that's talking  about like you would be uh replacing the verb

over here so the price jumped by $10 it's like  it you really want to show wow the price jumped

by $10 okay so now we're showing oh it jumped  up that means it's like a really rapid High

if we just say the price increased or the price  uh another very common phrasal verb is just to

go up whoops up so the price went up by $5 or  the price went down by $5 okay so skyrocketed  

올라가는 것뿐이야 웁스 업 그래서 가격이 5달러 올랐거나 가격이 5달러 떨어졌어 알았어 그래서 급등했어

is another one okay yes so the math yeah the  math makes it makes it a little bit easier to  

또 하나야 알았어 그래 수학 그래 수학으로 이해하면 좀 더 쉽게

understand but the core idea here is that we're  trying to contrast two things things it's like

understanding light and darkness but all in the  same language okay hopefully everybody's got this
