So I want you to fix them if you keep making them.

So let's and take a few examples.

For example, “I am more taller than my sister.”

This is absolutely incorrect.

The comparative form of ‘tall’ is ‘taller’.

You don't need more.

Okay. ‘more’ is a double comparison.

ঠিক আছে. 'আরো' একটি দ্বিগুণ তুলনা।

It's grammatically incorrect.

এটা ব্যাকরণগতভাবে ভুল.

So you just say, “I am taller than my sister.”

তাই আপনি শুধু বলবেন, "আমি আমার বোনের চেয়ে লম্বা।"

Second example.

দ্বিতীয় উদাহরণ।

“His house is the beautifulest in town.”

"তার বাড়িটি শহরের সবচেয়ে সুন্দর।"

Wrong!

ভুল!

You have to say, “This house is the most beautiful in town.”

আপনাকে বলতে হবে, "এই বাড়িটি শহরের সবচেয়ে সুন্দর।"

As you know, when it's a long word, the  superlative is ‘most’ plus the adjective.

আপনি জানেন, যখন এটি একটি দীর্ঘ শব্দ হয়, তখন সর্বোত্তম হয় 'সর্বাধিক' প্লাস বিশেষণ।

And then we have, “His older  son is badder at math than her.”

এবং তারপরে আমাদের আছে, "তার বড় ছেলে তার থেকে গণিতে খারাপ।"

This is also incorrect because as you know,

‘bad’, is an exception.

'খারাপ' একটি ব্যতিক্রম।

The comparative form of ‘bad’ is ‘worse’.

'খারাপ' এর তুলনামূলক রূপ হল 'খারাপ'।

So you should say, “His older son is worse at math than her.”

তাই আপনার বলা উচিত, "তার বড় ছেলে তার থেকে গণিতে খারাপ।"

“I'm tireder than yesterday.”

"আমি গতকালের চেয়ে ক্লান্ত।"

Again this is incorrect.

আবার এটাও ভুল।

Because the comparison for ‘tired’ is “I'm more tired than yesterday.”

কারণ 'ক্লান্ত'-এর তুলনা হল "আমি গতকালের চেয়ে বেশি ক্লান্ত।"

With two syllable adjectives, it's a little bit tricky.

দুটি শব্দাংশ বিশেষণ সহ, এটি একটু কঠিন।

Most of the time when they end in ‘y’, you just add ‘er’.

বেশিরভাগ সময় যখন তারা 'y' দিয়ে শেষ হয়, আপনি শুধু 'er' যোগ করেন।

When they don't, you use ‘more’.

So in this case, we say, “I'm more tired than yesterday.”

And finally, “This is my most happiest day.”

Again, double superlative.

This is incorrect.

You can just say, “This is my happiest day.”
