To be expecting means to be pregnant.

기대한다는 것은 임신을 의미합니다.

How far long are you? 

얼마나 걸리나요?

About six months, but it feels like nine already.

6개월 정도 됐는데 벌써 9개월 같은 느낌이에요.

Oh, so you're going into your third trimester. 

아, 이제 3분기에 접어드시네요.

A trimester is a period of three months.

삼분기는 3개월의 기간입니다.

So, do you know what you're having?

I've just asked if she's expecting  a baby girl or a baby boy.

He can play with his brother's toys.
