Being Unfocused | English Vocabulary

No one is perfect, and even someone who usually  performs well and has good focus can have, well,  

완벽한 사람은 없으며, 평소에 잘하고 집중력이 좋은 사람이라도

a bad day. When we're unfocused, we can apologize  and say we're distracted or absent-minded,  

나쁜 하루를 보낼 수 있습니다. 집중력이 흐트러지면 사과 하고 주의가 산만해졌거나 정신이 없었다고 말할 수 있습니다. 이는

meaning forgetful. My husband, he's a bit  absent-minded. There are times we're here but  

건망증을 의미합니다. 제 남편은 좀 멍한 편이에요. 우리는 여기에 있지만

not here because our mind is elsewhere. People  around us sense that we're not fully present.  

마음이 다른 곳에 있기 때문에 여기에 있지 않을 때도 있습니다. 우리 주변 사람들은 우리가 완전히 존재하지 않는다는 것을 느낍니다.

Speaking conversationally, we can also say that  an unfocused person is out of it, not with it, on  

대화로 말하면, 집중력 이 없는 사람은 자동 조종 장치에 빠져 있는 것이 아니라 빠져 있다고 말할 수도 있습니다

autopilot. I feel terrible. I'm so out of it. I'm  just on autopilot. See? That's you...on autopilot.
