Practice Future Perfect Continuous Tense | Basic English Grammar Course

Let's start a checkup for the future perfect continuous tense.

আসুন ভবিষ্যৎ নিখুঁত ধারাবাহিক কালের জন্য একটি পরীক্ষা শুরু করি।

Take a look at the board.

বোর্ড দেখে নিন।

The first sentence says,

প্রথম বাক্যটি বলে,

‘By 10 p.m., I _blank_ that game for three hours.’

'রাত 10 টার মধ্যে, আমি সেই খেলাটি তিন ঘন্টার জন্য _blank_ করি।'

I’m looking to use the verb ‘play’.

আমি 'প্লে' ক্রিয়াটি ব্যবহার করতে চাইছি।

Remember, in this tense, we need to have ‘subject’ + ‘will have been’ and then ‘verb +ing’.

মনে রাখবেন, এই কালের মধ্যে

আমাদের 'subject' + 'will have been' এবং তারপর 'verb +ing' থাকতে হবে।

So ‘By 10 p.m., I will have been playing …’

সুতরাং 'রাত 10 টার মধ্যে, আমি খেলতে শুরু করব ...'

Again, we need ‘verb +ing’.

আবার, আমাদের 'ক্রিয়া + করা' দরকার।

‘… I will have been playing that game for three hours.

'… আমি তিন ঘন্টা ধরে সেই খেলাটি খেলব।

The next sentence says,

পরের বাক্যটি বলে,

‘When she gets here, he _blank_ dinner for an hour.’

Try to use the verb ‘cook’.

'রান্না' ক্রিয়াটি ব্যবহার করার চেষ্টা করুন।

Again, no matter what the subject, it doesn't change.

আবার, বিষয় যাই হোক না কেন, এটি পরিবর্তন হয় না।

‘When she gets here, he will have been cooking …’

'সে যখন এখানে আসবে, সে রান্না করবে...'

‘When she gets here, he will have been cooking dinner for an hour.’

'যখন সে এখানে আসবে, সে এক ঘণ্টা ধরে রাতের খাবার রান্না করবে।'

Now, find the mistake in the next sentence.

এখন, পরের বাক্যে ভুলটি খুঁজুন।

‘Steve and Jan will not have be waiting for a year when it arrives.’

'স্টিভ এবং জান এক বছর অপেক্ষা করবে না যখন এটি আসবে।'

Here, we have a negative form, ‘they will not have’.

এখানে, আমাদের একটি নেতিবাচক রূপ আছে, 'তাদের থাকবে না'।

Then we need ‘been’.

তাহলে আমাদের 'হয়েছে' দরকার।

‘They will not have been …’

'তারা থাকবে না...'

And then the ‘verb +ing’ is here so that's correct.

এবং তারপর 'ক্রিয়া + করা' এখানে আছে তাই এটি সঠিক।

‘Steve and Jan will not have been waiting for a year when it arrives.’

The last sentence says,

So maybe here I’m talking about a computer or a TV.

Maybe some kind of machine.

‘it’ ‘It will have been …’

'এটা' 'এটা হবে...'

I see the mistake here.

আমি এখানে ভুল দেখছি।

We need ‘verb +ing’.

আমাদের 'ক্রিয়া + করা' দরকার।

‘It will have been working for 10 years on January 15th.

'এটি 15 জানুয়ারী 10 বছর ধরে কাজ করবে।
