Auxiliary / Helping Verbs 🤝

Have you ever heard of a "helping  verb" before? Maybe you've heard  

「助動詞」について聞いたことがあります か?

the more fancy name, "auxiliary". Pronounced with a G and a Z, auxiliary. 

「補助」というもっと派手な名前を聞いたことがあるかもしれません。 補助的に G と Z を付けて発音します。

This word means additional. the airplane has  auxiliary fuel tanks. So, the main tanks and then,  

この言葉は追加という意味です。 飛行機には 補助燃料タンクがあります。 つまり、メインタンクと、

additional auxiliary tanks. And yes, I find  that word pretty hard to pronounce. So, let's  

追加の補助タンクです。 そして、はい、 その単語は発音がかなり難しいと思います。 したがって、

just stick with helping verbs. A helping verb is  not the main verb. For example, "I can hear you."  

補助動詞だけにこだわりましょう。 補助動詞は 主動詞ではありません。 たとえば、「あなたの声が聞こえます。」

"Here" is my main verb. It's stressed. I can hear you - here you. 

「ここ」が私の主な動詞です。 ストレスがたまります。 あなたの声が聞こえます - ここにいます。

"Can" is our helping verb, it's not stressed, in  fact, it's reduced, it's said very, very quickly. 

「Can」は私たちを助ける動詞であり、強調されず、 実際、軽減され、非常に早く言われます。

I can hear you, can, can. Very different from hear - can. 

聞こえる、聞こえる、聞こえる。 聞くことができるとはまったく異なります。

You want that different quality of stressed,  and unstressed syllables when speaking English.
