Different Ways to Say Please and Thank You in English

thank you and other little things that you might  not have noticed before or small mistakes that a  

lot of students make when they learn these english  words so let's talk about the word please pleased  

is used for requests and usually we use please  to make a request more polite than it would be  

without it for example could i have some more  please can i help you yes please so we learned  

that please can make a request formal but please  can also be used for orders however it does not  

change in an order into a request it's still  an order for example stand up this is an order  

stand up please is a more polite order it is not a  request a request will almost always be a question  

okay and as you can see here these are not  questions there are orders we can also use  

the verb do after the word please okay to make  please do please do can be used as a polite or  

formal answer to a request for example  do you mind if i use your phone please do  

all right so this answer would be very polite  or very formal all right so now we've learned

not using please okay we do not use please to ask  people what they said or to repeat what they said
