In the question, "What did you see?"  the content words are "what" and "see."  

"무엇을 보셨나요?"라는 질문에 내용 단어는 "what"과 "see"입니다.

The other words are function words and  aren't normally stressed. Our intonation

falls because this is a wh- question, an  information question. What did you see?

However, we could use rising intonation if  we're asking because we didn't understand
