In this video, we'll have some fun with another classic fairy tale. Do you know

who Goldilocks is? Listen.

Let's go to a different story. There's another fairy

tale. Don't look yet. This story is called "Goldilocks and the Three Bears."

"Goldilocks and the Three Bears. Do you know this one? Ah, Cachinhos Dourados! I don't know.

You don't know? We'll tell you the story. Okay.

So there's a little girl. Her name is Goldilocks. She has blonde hair. Right?

And she's walking in the woods -- again...in the woods! And she finds a house. No one is home.

She goes in, and she sees different things.

She tries different things. She tries to eat cereal. She tries the cereal. There's

hot cereal. And there's a big bowl and a medium bowl and a little bowl. Right? And she

tries the different bowls. And then she sees chairs.

A big...a big chair and medium chair, a small chair. And she tries all the

different chairs. Right? She feels tired. She goes upstairs and there are beds.

A big bed, a medium bed, and a little bed. And she tries all the beds, and she likes

the little bed. She goes into the bed and she falls asleep.

Right? This is not her house. So there was a family of bears, and they

wanted to eat their cereal, but the cereal was too hot, so that's why they left.

They said, "Let's take a walk." So they come back and they find Goldilocks.

There's a girl. What did she do? So they're not very happy.

And Goldilocks has to leave. And that's the story! They don't eat her. It's just a strange story

about Goldilocks and the three bears. It's a story about a girl...not a very good girl.

She goes...What is the end? The bears come home. The Bears are angry. They yell,

and Goldilocks runs away. Because that was bad. She went into their house. Uh-huh.

I don't know. That's the story. Okay. I want you to read a better version, so

let's read the classic fairy tale. This is the first, and then we will change it again.

Okay. Flavia, you start. A bear? A bear family. A bear family plans to eat hot cereal.

It's too hot, so the whole? The whole family. So the whole family goes out

to take care walk. Papa? Papa Bear. Papa Bear, Mama Bear baby, and Baby Bear all leave.

No one is home. Goldilocks? Goldilocks finds the house and goes in. She tries all the chairs,

tries all the bowls of cereal, and then tries the different beds.

She likes Baby Bear's chair, cereal, and bed best. She falls as--? She falls asleep.

She falls asleep in Baby Bear's bed. The bear family comes home,

and they're...they're upset to find the girl in their house.

When you're upset, how do you feel? Worried? Mm, could be, but more like angry. "There's a girl in our house!"

"She's in our bed!" You know? They're upset. They're upset. Again, we'll change the story.

We'll make it different today. So what will happen? The bear family is smarter now.

What will they do? They won't leave their door open. They won't leave their door open. They will lock their front door. Yes.

They will lock...they'll. They'll lock. They'll lock their front door. They'll lock their front door.

Mm-hmm. What else? Goldilocks is much worse.

She...she'll break...she'll break...she'll breaks the lock on the door.

Not "she'll breaks." She'll break. She'll break. She'll break the lock. She'll break the lock on the door.

She...she will call...she'll call and invite friends to come. Oh yeah.

She'll be bad. The bear family is not as understanding as before.

They'll find the girl and her friends in their home and call? Mm-hmm. And call. And call

the police. Goldilocks will get in trouble. The bear families...family ask

The future? The bear family...The bear family will ask her to pay for everything.

Yeah . That's the new story. Okay. So after this, will Goldilocks become smarter?

What will she do the next time? She...learn. She'll learn a lesson. Yeah.

Will she go..if she sees a house, will she go in? No. Hopefully not.

She won't go into other people's houses.

Hopefully, she'll learn.

Okay. Good job.

So do you think you know the story of Goldilocks really well now?

Try to tell the story. First, tell the story in the present tense. Then have some more fun

and make changes. You can make those changes using "will" and "won't." That's all
