but this sounds very unnatural and it gives a bad firs impression.

So let's try 4 difference greeting that are natural.

First of all, "how are you?" is ok, but let's pronounce it naturally

'how' and 'are' go together and sound like "How R"

"How're you?"

option number 2: "How is everything?"

"How" and "is" go together and sound like "how's" "How's everything?"

Good. Option number 3:

"How is it going?" -how- is -it- go together and sound like "How 's it"

"going" looses the last part of that "ing" sound and is like "goin"

Good. Now If you are at work, you can ask "how is work?"

Now let's try responding. "I am fine thank you, and you?" is not natural.

There is one response that works well for any of these greetings

and it is "I'm good." That's it. "I'm good."

Now you want to ask the other person

how they are doing. So please ask "How about you?"

it's very natural way of saying "And you?"

"how" and "about" go together and sound like "howbout" "howbout"

So 'about' looses the a and sounds like' bout'.

All together: " I'm good. How'bout you?"
