I have prepared a dialogue - one line is  for me and the other one is for you. You

will see your line on the screen, say it out  loud as if you were responding to me. This

is a kind of a real life conversation, between  two friends who haven’t seen each other lately.

Now let's begin: The first line is mine and  the second is yours. I'm saying my line and

then you will see your line on the screen and  say it out loud as if you were talking to me

1 – Hi! I haven’t seen you in  ages! It’s good to see you! 

1 – やあ！ 久しぶりに会った ね！ お会いできて光栄です！

2- Hi, Kate! Same here. How’re you doing? 1 – I’m doing great. What about you? 

2-こんにちは、ケイト！ こっちも一緒。 お元気ですか？ 1 – 私は元気です。 あなたはどうですか？

2- Couldn’t be better, thanks for asking! 1 - Oh, I hear you’ve passed your  

2- 質問してくれてありがとう! 1 - 最近 PET 試験に合格したそうですね

PET exam recently. Was it easy to pass? 2 - It wasn’t easy, but I really love English,  

。 通過しやすかったですか？ 2 - 簡単ではありませんでしたが、私は英語が大好きなので、

so I knew all the answers in advance. 1-  

すべての答えを前もって知っていました。 1-

Glad to hear it. Wanna have coffee with me? 2 – Sounds awesome. By the way, I missed breakfast  

聞いてよかった。 私とコーヒーを飲みたいですか？ 2 – すごいですね。 ところで、私は朝食を食べ

so I’m very hungry 1 -  

なかったので、とてもお腹が空いています 1 -

Let’s go to the café and order something to eat! 2. – Amazing! Come on.

And now we’ll switch lines. The first line  will be yours and the second will be mine.

It wasn’t easy, but I really love English,  so I knew all the answers in advance. 

簡単ではありませんでしたが、私は英語が大好きな ので、事前にすべての答えを知っていました。
