and Havisha where are you from I am from India  okay and I am from the U.S I live in Pennsylvania  

oh that's good yeah and what  city do you live near in India  

I live in Bangalore Bangalore okay  excellent and what grade are you in  

I am in sixth grade sixth grade okay wonderful Havisha and tell me your favorite subject  

what do you like to learn about my favorite  subject uh um I like all the subjects equally  

oh you do okay excellent so we can take  a look at something during class today  

I like science the best okay for me I like  science it's pretty easy right science  

not really it's easy at first but it gets harder  and harder and it's a lot of fun it's mathematics  

plus experiments so science is something that  you can get up and do that's why I like it oh  

I also loved science when I was younger but now as  I said while growing it becomes harder and tougher  

I've got a warning yes yes there's definitely a  warning chemistry and physics are difficult yes  

that chemistry and physics are most  difficult subjects for most of the students  

for most students I agree that's right and Anatomy  can be difficult too memorizing all of the bones  

and all of the muscles and you have a body to work  with so you can learn from yourself okay oh wow  

yeah interesting to think about okay so let's take  a look at something today and I'll let you pick

um Ma'am would you like to take a look at some  history or something about the United States

I would like to learn about United States

oh have you traveled to the United States of America

um no ma'am uh

how's the food there

oh the food is great where I live  people like to eat sandwiches  

okay oh what kind of sandwiches made

yes so there's a Philly steak and cheese  that's a famous sandwich from where I'm from  

in Pennsylvania and it's made with steak and  cheese on toasted bread okay or a toasted bun

oh that looks tasty and Ma'am, ma'am, what is your  favorite animal other than normal animals like  

dogs and cats oh yeah okay good question so you  might notice the tanks in the classroom right  

so my favorite animal is a bearded dragon  Bearded Dragon could you show me a picture of it  

yeah I could show you the real  animal do you want to see it  

uh yes ma'am sure okay okay I'll grab  him so we have a class Pratt named  

eight and he's a bearded dragon it's a  lizard I'll go get him one second okay

I have him for you oh wow that's just  

nice animal yes he is a nice animal so if I kept  him on my shoulder he would stay there for hours

he loves you I think so yeah I think  so too he is four years old and  

he is very gentle he likes other animals too so  I have a dog and the dog and the bearded dragon  

are friends they can be in the same room at the  same time and they don't try to hurt each other  

oh that's great so it's really easy for you to  manage them yes exactly and the lizard likes to  

eat fruits and vegetables so he eats some  of the food that I have I just give it to  

him in a little bowl of his own if I'm having  a salad I give him some salad and he likes that  

wow that's awesome yeah so this is how  long he is and he's shedding a little bit  

because reptiles shed so that's the rest  of his shed and here's his vibrant color

and he's four they live to be about 15  years old okay about a lot as long as a dog  

oh that's very cool yeah thanks for asking about  it I always like to show and tell our classroom  

so he lives right here in this tank but I let him  out in the classroom because he's a good animal  

he doesn't try to leave the  classroom he stays in the classroom  

wow he's a nice clean animal mm-hmm yeah  yes he is a clean animal that's right  

most of the animals like hither and thither are  things here and out but this animal is pretty  

great it's very cool I think so too yes and  he is potty trained you know like a cat or  

a dog he goes in his tank he knows to only  go in there to the bathroom and I feed him  

and here sometimes if if I feed him bugs like  crickets he likes Bugs sometimes I give him a  

special treat and he can eat them in here but  he likes to be out he's good he's a good animal  

do you have a favorite animal aside from a cat  or a dog like some sort of animal that you like  

yes I like a cow okay I also  had a cow but in my native place  

wow okay that's really awesome so  uh what kind of cow did you have  

a cow is also I think humble like this  lizard oh sorry kind cow on on a farm wow yes

and we don't use we like to keep a cow in a  place we don't we don't I don't have a farm I  

just have a garden in which I keep it oh my I love  that so you keep a cow in your garden and the cow  

just gets to eat things out of the garden  do you feed it special treats that it likes  

sometimes I do okay what kind of things  does your cow like it likes to eat grass

which is daily meal or hey okay okay awesome

he likes beans the best but he likes  blueberries and lettuce and bananas  

oh wow those are some of his favorites yeah wow  that's great and Ma'am, how much uh I mean uh how  

much does it eat. Does it eat Whole Bowl?  no not a whole bowl like a small amount maybe a  

couple of ounces like I I usually use a lid to a  jar like a small small amount it doesn't eat very  

much and they will eat that during the day and  then sleeps at night the animal sleeps at night  

oh wow that's good so it won't be a very  big problem for you to feed it, Yes exactly yes  

so we can take a look at this um oh there are  many States let's go to Pennsylvania let's  

try to find it. Ma'am, in your area most people  love to eat vegetables or they most like to eat  

um meat as well as vegetables meat  and vegetables oh okay what kind of  

yes both but what kind of meat do they have  here I don't know more than a chicken and a  

fish so I think more foreign countries may eat  more and more things so I'm curious to know that

people in this area like pork and beef and  chicken not really fish yeah pork beef chicken

pork is very popular barbecued pork

do you like to have it yeah I do I do um do  you have it how often how often I have meat  

I have me about three times a week oh wow  the other days I eat different things like  

granola and nuts and salads and things  like that what what do you like to eat

um I'm in the southern part of India so I love to  eat dosa oh yum describe it for me what is it like  

it's like a round shape it's a circle in which  we sometimes we can put carrot carrot and some  

small pieces of red tiny almost like this the  largest piece would be like this all right  

yeah that's enough that small small pieces  of carrots we applied uh sometimes they  

apply otherwise we just apply some ghee  which is a cow product we we take milk  

and then we just roll it and and it will  become skirt and after it becomes butter  

and then we heat it it'll become ghee  that's rare yummy you should try it

After that, we pour on the dosa, the idly batter and then we  ready that's all it's a simple way  

oh okay it sounds like pizza to  me it sounds very similar to Pizza

like a flat bread does it taste like bread  um no it's tastes different than bread  

okay it might be a bland food if  you don't have it with chutney  

okay you need to have it with Chutney which  has all of the citizen flavor okay yes it  

might be a little bit bit like idly which is  a bland food without having it with anything else  

okay okay you have it with chutney okay thanks  for the tip I will have to try that I do like  

Indian food whenever I get take out when I travel  I get takeout I usually order Indian food because  

I think it has more flavor and it's also healthy  right it's delicious I like samosas oh wow I also  

had once it's awesome yeah they're so good I sent  you a link for my state it's called Pennsylvania  

and it has four seasons so winter fall spring  and summer and um we can learn more about it
