know who's sitting behind me? my grandfather,  my lovely Nanu and do you know he has a spare  

tyre? Spare tyre? Now what is this spare tyre? A vehicle can  have a spare tyre but not a human being. Let's  

understand this. You know this unwanted fat  around your waist, this unwanted fat around  

your waist is called spare tyre. What is it called?  Spare tyre. So, my Nanu has a spare tyre. He has a  

spare tyre but he's putting in all his efforts  to get rid of the spare tire. In Hindi, it means
