love is in the air everywhere i look around love is in the air in every sight and every

sound here we go again yes we are back once more with another live english stream yes

it is english addict coming to you live right now from the birthplace of the english language

which just happens to be oh my goodness i can't believe it it's england

are you in the mood for love hi everybody this is mr duncan in england how are you today

are you okay i hope so are you feeling happy i hope you are feeling happy today on this

very interesting day even though the weather today is awful it is raining however it is

not as cold as it's been over the past few days we've had some very cold weather i can't

believe how cold it's been here in england but it has been very cold yes my name is mr

duncan i talk about the english language i am the best kept secret on youtube very few

people know about me and can i say a big thank you once again to the youtube algorithms for

helping that happen it's very kind of you thank you very much so i talk about english

and i've been doing this forever such a long time how long have i been doing this for some

people say too long some people say mr duncan why don't you do something else maybe you

should take up one of those hobbies that people of your age tend to do like fishing

i've never done fishing i almost did it a few years ago but then i realized that it's

terribly boring so i didn't do it and also it's a little bit cruel as well i don't like

to see see those sharp hooks going into the mouths of the fish to be honest it always

seems to me a little cruel even though i do like eating fish which makes me a hypocrite

thank you very much it's very kind of you to say here we go then we are back with english

addict during a very special month of course i am with you every day during the month of

february so i will be back with you tomorrow however today we have our english addict for

those who are wondering what is that well it is something for all you english addicts

out there maybe you are someone who is learning english as a second language maybe you are

hoping to improve your listening skills or your speaking skills or maybe you just like

watching strange people on the internet well guess what you have definitely come to the

right place definitely because there aren't many people stranger than me apparently according

to my mother and my neighbours and everyone i've ever met in my life here we go then yes

we have made it all the way to the end of another week and a new week is just around

the corner yes it's sunday

get enough of the english language and i suppose today i suppose i should mention that it is

a special day for those who are in love those who are looking for love perhaps those who

have a secret admirer or maybe you have your eye on someone if you have have your eye on

someone if you have your eye on someone it means that you are watching them you would

like to ask them out on a date you would like to ask them if they would like to go out with

you somewhere maybe to the cinema except you can't because they're closed maybe you could

take them to a fancy restaurant a lovely place to eat but you can't because they're all closed

yes it's valentine's day today

oh yes it is valentine's day for all those who are in love they have love they're looking

for love or maybe they're trying to get rid of their love maybe there is someone you hate

but unfortunately you are in a relationship with them and you are trying to get rid of

them has anyone ever broken a relationship on valentine's day i want to find out if that

has ever happened has anyone ever broken up or had a big argument on valentine's day and

then split up

perhaps they never speak to each other ever again has it ever happened i wonder it would

be a very interesting thing to do wouldn't it to tell your lover that you don't love

them anymore on valentine's day maybe you could send them a special card maybe there

is a special card you can buy this says i'm very sorry but i have to say goodbye to you

i don't love you anymore and by the way happy valentine's day maybe maybe not i was hoping

to play spot the white van today by the way but if we look outside the window at the moment

that is the view at the moment outside i i can't see the road so maybe there are some

white vans over there but i i can't really see very clearly because it's it's rather

murky it's raining at the moment a very damp day however the birds are feeling very happy

because it is not as cold as it was during last week so fortunately it is not as cold

as it was and it doesn't look as if we are going to see any white vans today i i would

imagine they are all at home all of the white van drivers are snuggled up

with well not with their white van you can't snuggle a white van i think that's very hard

to do to be honest maybe they are snuggled up with their partner or maybe they are driving

around in their white van looking for someone on valentine's day

that sounds very creepy by the way so here we go again yes we have the live chat by the

very nice very lovely indeed i i i almost think that that deserves a fancy pants would

have too much excitement on a sunday we have to make sure that we reserve some energy so

we don't get too excited i was looking out the window this morning and i noticed that

mr steve was in the garden and he was chopping up some wood in the garden so over the past

few days we have found that we are running out of wood firewood for the log fire so steve

has been in the garden outside chopping some of the trees would you like to have a look

at what mr steve did this morning okay so here is our lovely fire in the living room

keeping the house warm right now and there it is so that was a few minutes ago but look

mr steve has been chopping up some wood in the garden so you can see that there are some

big pieces of wood and they are actually parts of one of the trees in the garden i don't

know which tree it is but mr steve has been cutting one of the trees i have a horrible

feeling that tomorrow morning i'm going to look out the window and there will be no trees

left in the garden because mr steve has chopped them all down i know one thing i don't think

greta thumbberg will be very pleased how dare you i think so yes how dare you mr steve you

naughty naughty man so that's what steve was doing this morning he was out in the garden

chopping some trees so we can stay warm during these cold winter days here in england talking

of mr steve yes we do have steve coming a little bit later on we are talking about names

today names there are many names that are given to people male female however there

are some names that used to be given to people but are no longer used so i thought today

we would look at some unusual names given to people for example my given name is duncan

so my parents called me duncan i don't know why they decided on that name but there is

one thing i know there are not many duncans around you don't hear many duncans there are

not many famous duncans on the planet so duncan is a good example of a name that you don't

hear very often it's not a popular name i wouldn't say that duncan is a popular name

so that's what we're doing today we we will we will be looking at some unusual names today

also this morning i did get a valentine's card i did i got a lovely one

and inside there was a drawing of me presenting my fabuary lessons would you like to see it

okay here it is what i want you to do is guess the artist so who actually drew this picture

i'm going to show you now and this was on the inside of my valentine's card that i received

this morning so there it is there is me presenting my fabuary live streams and i must say this

is a very talented artist whoever drew this is very talented indeed but who who drew it

remember last week i was showing you my favourite corner in the house and i was rather surprised

to find that many of you have sent your photographs in to me of your favourite corner so let's

have a look shall we here is the first one this is from sandra sandra gonzalez thank

i will move it over to the other side of the screen because you can't see my lovely face

there it is so there is an interesting photograph thank you sandra the only problem is i'm not

sure what it is i'm not sure what i'm looking at now i think it might be a seat but i can't

really tell so am i looking down at something or am i looking across it's something so sandra

thank you very much for sending your favourite corner however i'm not quite sure what i'm

looking at if i was perfectly honest here's another one sandra has sent another photograph

as well oh very nice i will also move that across over there i haven't done a very good

job of setting these photographs up today unfortunately because they they keep getting

in the way of my lovely face so here is another one so apparently this is sao paulo a beautiful

view across the town and also you can see lots of buildings in the distance as well

a lot of people might be surprised to find out that i do like staying in busy places

towns and cities however i can only do it for a very short time because i don't like

the noise and all of the pollution so thank you very much sandra for your lovely photographs

of your favourite corner also we have victoria oh now victoria has sent a very interesting

photograph and this looks like a place where victoria spends a lot of her time let's have

a look shall we oh yes your lovely comfortable corner everyone has a place in their house

where they like to sit and stay comfortable and can i just say that looks like a place

where you can really get comfortable very nice is there another photograph oh i think

is looking out the window something i like to do as well you may be aware that i am quite

a nosy person something i love doing is looking out of the window so that is your favourite

a some sort of park i think maybe a park but if you look very closely you can actually

see there are some some deer wandering around and apparently during lockdown there are more

and more wild animals wandering around so i think that's quite interesting that there

are more wild animals wandering around and there you can see there are some deer wandering

around the area in which arby lives very nice i must admit it is a nice moment of time when

you see deer because they are very timid creatures they are shy creatures so thank you very much

sends a photograph of oh this is lovely oh it's it looks like a goldfish is it a goldfish

i think it is yes there it is it's a lovely goldfish and that is your favourite corner

sora you can sit and watch your goldfish swimming around and around here's another one now this

is actually sora and some of the artwork that you've produced so let's have a look at this

as well i'm always keen to find out what your talents are if you have a hidden talent so

it would appear that sora hamasha has a talent for drawing very good i like this picture

so this looks like a piece of architecture you you might be interested in designing buildings

architecture maybe one day you could be an architect is that what you would like to do

is that something you would love to do here's another photo of a painting i know this looks

like a painting that sora has actually done thank you very much i like this one this is

this is a very atmospheric painting because you can see the the waves are coming towards

the shore and you know that any moment they will come crashing across the coast

and across the coastline very nice but i think this next photo this next painting is my favourite

sora can i just say that this is my favourite painting of yours i love this now i think

this is a very interesting painting because you have more than one thing going on in the

painting so you have the tree that is growing but also you have what appears to be the moon

behind the tree and if you look very carefully you can also see some rabbits as well and

it looks like a little hillside where the rabbits are sitting so i do like that one

that is lovely that is something that you might say is slightly abstract in the fact

that you you are using different shapes in an interesting way so you have the tree that

almost looks as if it's holding the moon and i love that so can i say thank you very much

for all of your photographs thank you sora sora hamasha for your lovely drawings paintings

and also thank you very much for all of your photographs of your favourite corner as well

oh we have louis mendez hello louis hmm i notice that you have sent me a photograph

of something that i think mr steve will appreciate very much thank you louis for sending me a

photograph of this pizza that your wife made that looks quite delicious i'm going to be

honest with you the only thing i would change i would actually take the olives off the top

i don't really like olives to be honest but the rest of it looks lovely looks gorgeous

and louis says my wife is the most amazing cook she can cook almost anything i don't

know what i would do if she passed away i wouldn't be able to cook for myself now that

looks absolutely delicious i know that mr steve will like this because it has lots of

olives lots of cheese and also lots of tomatoes as well so i think mr steve will really like

that i will show it to him later on talking of mr steve yes steve will be here in a little

while as well

mr steve is coming up today we are talking about strange names or names that you don't

hear anymore so when i say names i mean the names of people for example duncan some people

think that duncan is an unusual name it originated in scotland and apparently it means brave

warrior very nice so mr steve will be here in a little while oh and i suppose i shouldn't

forget that today it is valentine's day so for all those who are in love looking for

love maybe you are feeling romantic this is especially for you some lovely love doves

and love pigeons

oh isn't that lovely so for all those who are celebrating valentine's day today that

was just for you oh isn't that lovely some pigeons and also some doves getting very romantic

and amorous oh i like that word if you are in the mood for love if you are feeling romantic

maybe you want to snuggle up with your partner we can say that you are feeling very amorous

amorous you want to express your affection towards someone else we have mr steve coming

up in a few moments and today we are talking about names unusual names also something we

mentioned yesterday i was talking about the internet yesterday and it reminded of my times

way back many years ago when i first started using the internet and the olden days when

the internet was was still a simple thing there wasn't much you could do on the internet

you could look at pictures you could send email but there wasn't much else that you

could do so that is coming up later on we are talking about that also we have the sentence

game as well we will be having the sentence game and today all of the words are connected

to romance and love talking of which here is an excerpt from one of my lessons where

i talk all about that same subject and then after this yes he is here many people are

missing him they have said where is mr steve well guess what you don't have to wait much

them familial love the love of a person through a family tie such as the love of a mother

towards her son platonic love a close love shared by two people but without the sexual

relationship although the earlier definition of this phrase meant something quite different

unrequited love a love that has been given but not returned he loves her but she does

not love him puppy love the innocent or naive love experienced by a young person of all

the subjects ever written about in literature love must surely be the most common one used

many poets and authors have strived over the years to capture the essence of what love

is many have tried and many have failed famous authors such as emily bronte katherine cookson

charles dickens and the playwright william shakespeare have all used the theme of love

in their works

every year all around the world those in love get the chance to show their affection to

a husband wife boyfriend girlfriend or maybe to someone who does not even know that they

are left for example here in the uk we have valentine's day this happens each year on

february 14th cards and chocolates are given as tokens of love and some couples will become

engaged on this date

the words used between lovers tend to be special and are spoken as a way of showing that the

other person is dear to them words such as angel you are my angel darling i miss you

darling sweetheart i love you sweetheart treasure you are my treasure honey kiss me honey baby

call me later baby precious you are my precious honey bunny hold me honey bunny we call these

terms of endearment

love comes and love goes losing love or ending in close relationship is a hard thing to do

most people go through this experience at some point and the younger you are when it

happens then the more distressing it seems to feel you feel empty your life seems pointless

your heart is broken but such is life the knocks you suffer from lost love will never

leave you just like all of life's experiences you have to take

the rough with the smooth

ah i don't know about you but i feel very romantic now my heart is beating quickly i'm

getting very sweaty and i also have a strange tingling sensation down my arm hang on a minute

this might not be love this this might be something slightly more serious here we go

hello hello everyone hello to a wonderful love-filled day yes well for some of us anyway

i'm not sure there's much love going on around here but yourself i hope where you are i hope

you are feeling very romantic today if if you are looking for love still well at least

you can share your time with us because we we love you very much yes and look mr steve

is wearing his romantic french beret sorry i feel as though i should be painting something

you know that doesn't sound that's not french as you know it if i speak a lot of this i've

gone into italian mr duncan that sounds like a tal that's italian i think well the thing

is mr duncan decided to put this hat on me at the last minute a few seconds before we

came on it looks great uh for some reason but because it's a beret and it's from france

i should be painting but something like that yes but it's the most romantic city in the

world apparently although although i think some people might say venice you see venice

they might say venice what about birmingham definitely not birmingham in the west midlands

i don't think anywhere i can't think of anywhere in the uk that is romantic to be honest a

place to go to no i can't i can't either you don't associate any holiday destinations in

the uk with romance no not at all uh paris road yes those sort of you know continental

countries that are sort of renowned for their sort of amore and uh their passion well a

lot of people's french and the italians yes well well a lot of people look at italy italy

and france because of course that that's sort of the birthplace of the expression of of

emotions and feeling you see with all of the artists and the poets so it's interesting

actually because we in england always associate romance and love with the french and the italians

but i wonder if if you are french or italian watching us where do you associate what countries

do you associate romance with yes is it the same as us do you think you're you are the

passionate ones in europe and around the world i'm sure uh brazil something like that south

america that's got to be passionate as well uh there's some very passionate the latin

american countries are always very passionate as well okay spanish i bet they like to be

thought of as romantic they uh yeah the spanish but i don't think do people think of british

people as being romantic we're not for us romance is a can of beer and some fish and

chips yes we just don't associate it with us do you we never think of romance when we

think of england or britain you tend to think of british people as holding in their emotions

yes that's not sort of showing very much romance it's but it's not true but certainly in public

we tend to be a bit reserved don't we well you and i are anyway but we have to be or

else we get beaten up well moises in brazil they celebrated valentine's day on the 12th

so two days ago yes it's interesting that around the world lovers day because some people

call it lovers day i think in china they have lovers day across asia they have lovers day

and some people have valentine's day so it does depend where in the world you are actually

living interest victoria says i look like one of those painters in montmartre yes of

course we've been there it's a lovely area of paris yes uh where you've got all the artists

in the street they'll go together they'll paint paint a caricature of you lovely cafes

oh that is one of my favourite spots i think that i've ever been to in the world yes very

lovely very lovely so you you've got the lovely big the lovely big church at the top of the

hill and and lots of people i think it is lots of people looking very louisville intense

looking very intense and artistic sitting by the roadside painting their their masterpieces

well it's somebody's birthday today not part-time well i haven't seen part obviously is partake's

birthday as well uh irene irene apraxian irene is it your birthday today is it your birthday

today iris well happy birthday irene i hope you're having a good day today a very good

day to have it because it's a romantic day i hope you had lots of lovely hugs and lots

necessarily get double the amount of presents do they no especially if especially if the

person buying it is very tight-fisted steve didn't buy me anything today by the way i

got nothing but look what i got for steve i got steve lots and lots of chocolate yeah

look at that what a horrible sight it's like it's like the remake of jaws so look at that

some lovely delicious chocolate belgian chocolate so this actually has but it's chocolate of

course milk chocolate but also it has some salted caramel as well so that's what i got

today we will be sitting tonight in front of the tv watching i don't know what we're

watching tonight because we haven't got the expense anymore that's finished so so i don't

know what we're watching but we will be eating some chocolate tonight to celebrate valentine's

day also i had a lovely picture inside a valentine's card did you receive a valentine's card mr

duncan who from i wonder you don't have to shout in my ear by the way you didn't ask

me about my valentine's cards i nearly didn't have time to come on today mr duncan because

i had so many to open but uh you know i spent all morning opening valentine's cards and

i've still got a lot more uh to take care of later i don't think they were valentine's

cards i think they were birthday cards hate mail by the way it's mr steve's birthday on

tuesday and we will be here live on steve's birthday it's a big one that's all i'm saying

it's a very big one what about the birthday so here's the beast here's the picture it's

a drawing on the inside of my valentine's card and i can't believe how detailed this

is it's an amazing drawing and it was who sent you that mr duncan he was drawn by mr

steve you see i haven't got this uh this hat on for nothing so you are an artist oh yes

can you see i've even put your teeth in there and your tongue can you see that okay that's

that's very anatomically correct well probably people don't realize that that's any different

they're probably looking at that now thinking that it's not uh sunday it's it's a it's a

day of fabulous because it looks so real are those words people are probably thinking i

thought it was mr duncan and mr steve but it looks like february is it monday sorry

some of what you're saying just sounds like you're making sounds because that's such a

realistic uh depiction of what you look like so we have a look shall we sorry so we just

hello i am i'm mr steve's drawing look and i'm actually talking to you now that's quite

good look it looks as if i'm talking on the card happy valentine's day mr steve and also

happy valentine's day to everyone watching out there as well

but it isn't but it is a good drawing it's a very good drawing it's not it's not very

good really it's good i'm not very good at it but i just copied it off the internet okay

then did you put some paper over your laptop and just just draw over it florence has pointed

out that lint chocolate is from switzerland oh that's correct or did i say belgium sorry

it is true it is swiss because when we grew up i grew up in the 19 blood our 70s something

like that and uh as a treat my mother used to buy chocolate we always had got cadburys

normally because that's what's made in the uk it's sort of average quality chocolate

in fact actually i don't think they recognize cabarrus as being chocolate on in switzerland

or belgium do they because they see so see to such poor quality they don't actually call

it chocolate so the point i was trying to make was when i was young please get to the

point but they don't in other countries cadbury's chocolate is seen as it's rubbish it's not

even called chocolate i don't think in some countries um but anyway for a treat uh mum

always used to buy as a lint lint chocolate not that one but little you know probably

about this is not the one from the 1970s no because it cost twice as much as campers chocolate

oh and i always remember lint chocolate how delicious it was i do like belgian chocolate

i'm sorry about that though because i did miss represent the brand but yes belgian chocolate

swiss chocolate all of it can go straight into my mouth uh yes jamila says g oh no it

wasn't jamilah somebody said i've lost it now do you prefer oh there we go jimmy from

hong kong says do you prefer belgian or swiss either any of it or either any but i'll tell

you what the belgian chocolates i really like actually lint chocolate is probably my favourite

lint milk chocolate it's probably my favourite only because probably because i associate

that with high quality chocolate when i was a child yes but godiva god god iva is a very

expensive brand of belgian chocolates and my father used to travel in his job quite

a lot and when he went to belgium he wishes to bring home uh godiva chocolates and oh

my goodness there's something like if you get if you get a box of chocolates like that

there's something like 25 pounds they're so expensive and they they're in a fridge they're

in the airports they're in refrigerators in these gold packets gold boxes uh oh it's just

that is the ultimate for me that even am i am i going on a bit mr duncan am i going into

a monologue it's like a lecture it's like it's like i'm listening to an essay it's not

just irene's birthday today by the way it's also uh jasmine's birthday jasmine do i have

to do the echo yes happy birthday jasmine happy birthday jasmine

happy birthday very nice uh assuming it's true and it's not uh somebody else pretending

to be it's not part part wearing a dress it's part up on today i haven't seen it i haven't

seen other guys i prefer dark chocolate says victoria especially from modern yes dark chocolate

now that's supposed to be good for you isn't it dark chocolate because chocolate is from

a bean and beans are good for you and they're full of antioxidants assuming that is good

for you so dark chocolate's got a higher concentration of all those minerals and vitamins and antioxidants

so no a couple of pieces of that a day probably you'll live to about 120. don't do that please

don't make just saying probably don't make chocolate healthy i'm going to stop eating

it no the only reason why i like eating chocolate is because it's unhealthy i like to shove

things into my mouth that that might cause problems later my mother always prefers dark

chocolates and when we were children okay my father and us my sister and i if we wanted

to buy anything for my mother as a treat we'd always buy black magic chocolates okay there's

a brand of chocolates here called black magic

they're chocolates mr duncan you're his dirty dirty mind i'm not what i don't even know

what that means i don't know anyway black magic do you have that uh do you have that

as a brand of chocolates steve in your country it's in a black box with a gold stripe across

it steve i don't like them they're not very good quality but my mother likes them okay

then that's great i'm enjoying these stories of your childhood that are all related to

chocolate it's great today by the way we're talking about names it's strange how there

are names now when i say names i mean people's names for example mine my name is duncan is

it and his name is steve sorry mr steve or mr steve or stephen if his mother is talking

to him stephen hello stephen just date like that stephen stephen she says would you like

some black magic she never says that because she keeps them would you like to put some

black magic in your mouth there's no answer to that uh yes does your mother parents always

particularly a mother if you've got a name that can be shortened like stephen can be

shortened to steve duncan to dunk you know christina to chris anything like that so your

friends will probably always shorten it but if you're but your mother probably will always

pronounce the full length of that i had a friend called shitaka i can't tell you what

they shortened their name to but particularly when you've been a naughty boy or a naughty

girl your mother will use your full name this is a very uh no well i've got i've got customers

you see everything's related to your mother today is it i'm just referring back to my

child are you having an Oedipus moment well if you call people sometimes i've found particularly

ladies ladies women if uh if it's a customer you see i don't like to shorten the name in

case it's offensive but i always do if it's a woman because i usually get accused oh don't

call me that my mother always says that like their name's christina don't call me chris

don't call me christina i i'm only called christina when i've been naughty okay my mother

used to scold me you know they call me my full name you know this has nothing to do

with what we're talking about it doesn't but it's interesting what we're talking about

today's strange names so names that are given to people but you don't really hear about

them or hear of them anymore so we're going to look at some names so these are names that

english names but of course they can be used anywhere in the world but they are rare names

so maybe names that you used to hear a lot as a child you everyone had an auntie or an

very rarely hear that name used now within a young person really yeah stephen it's not

a popular name now to give to your child uh it was in the 60s and it gone out of fashion

but i'm sure it will come back into fashion just like for example uh at the moment there's

a a a girl's name a woman's name called ivy ivy it's about the same way as the plant that

creeps up trees not the thing that you put in someone's arm when they're in a hospital

because that's also called an iv that's a different thing ivy see that was a popular

name back in the sort of 1930s okay and it has remained unpopular ever since but it's

coming back into fashion now mr duncan lots of celebrities are naming their children ivy

really yeah it's coming back into fashion i can't think of any anyway steve we're gonna

are names that might be might be well known in the past or used a lot but not so much

now so we have some men's names

i think we've exhausted my name exhausted it is a good one arthur arthur it's a great

name a name that a lot of people used to have also kings pest kings were called arthur there

was arthur do you know what arthur was famous for the round table his round table yes he

had a big round table it's amazing that he is the only king that is remembered for his

taste in furniture it's true ah now somebody mentioned that they like were you going to

mention the name harry uh no my favourite name is harry's yes harry is is a name that

you don't really hear although i know what you're going to say before you say it oh there's

there's prince harry well this is how names become popular again because harry was a fairly

old-fashioned name here in the uk i had an uncle harry and no one i went to school with

was called harry it wasn't a popular name but of course now you've got prince harry

they're a man just because they want to associate that royal that royal connection that's what

as well aren't there that are associated with class you see if somebody calls their daughter

victoria they will be from a posh family i will guarantee it okay victoria because they

will want their child to sound like they're from the upper classes victoria well of course

you had queen victoria so i would imagine at that time there must have been a lot of

people being born and named victoria you see charles is a posh name if you call if if you

you would be from a posh family charlene i think that is related to charles you see not

wood well that's because we ran out of we normally buy obviously wood that's been already

deliver it so i've had to resort because we've run out i've had to resort to going into the

garden and chopping up bits of tree that i felled earlier on in the summer and uh surprisingly

enough i thought it would be too wet to burn but i've been shoving it on the on there and

it's been burning really well it's been it's been i think steve this week has developed

a sort of obsession with with the log fire he's just he's just watching it all the time

so so we might have to start chopping up the furniture in the house so if we run out of

wood if we have no wood left in the garden we might have to start chopping up all of

the furniture all of the the bookcase and the tables and the chairs

maybe maybe one of my arms mr steve might chop it up and shove it into the fireplace

old-fashioned yes old-fashioned maybe here's another old-fashioned word toby yes or tobias

toby is an unpopular uh name now we had a dog that we called toby okay in your childhood

well that's the thing you see in the uk everybody knows that in the uk people we we're we're

big dog owners in in the uk big dog owners what about what about small dog owners okay

that's an expression mr duncan if you say you're a big dog owner it means that you know

the population the uk like to buy dogs i think we've probably owned more dogs in this country

than probably any other per capita in any other parts of the world uh this does not

dog rate in the world i think you would see the uk would be the highest i think china

is higher we love our dogs yes but they have that one i won't say that everybody i mean

look at where we live we're the only people without dogs and since the lockdown everyone's

buying dogs apparently i mean every like every zoo meeting i go on at work everyone's got

a dog a zoo meeting zoom oh i say i thought we said a zoo meeting where is this meeting

taking place everyone's got dogs at the moment okay then still i'm talking well what was
