boxes no I think I saw some boxes  at the storage room I'm not sure  

oh I see well I think I will have  to go and look for them thank you

hey wait why do you need those  boxes for I don't understand

what didn't I tell you I quit yesterday

what what are you talking about why  could you do something like that

what I can't quit or what seriously  I quit that's why I need the boxes  

but how can you quit you've worked here for  more than five years that's a lot of time

and that's why I quit I mean  there are a lot of reasons  

one of them is the time I have been working here

yeah yeah yeah whatever I  don't have time I have to work

oh okay but you should know  when it's time to quit your job

I don't need to know that I plan  to work here for a very long time

I couldn't say that I used to think like  you but then I realized it was time to quit

there are many valid personnel and  professional reasons to leave a job for example

you are under using your skills also often  comfortable a job that does not challenge you

and those opportunities were denied  by your manager or senior leaders

it also often results in higher rates  of productivity improved outcomes

and sometimes a feeling that you are  not even working at all it's amazing

if you don't feel excited about  your work or the work your company  

is doing consider looking for another position

oh also important the work environment  is unhealthy very important

an unhealthy work environment has implications  for your professional and personal happiness

and it's a sign that you should quit your job  if you find yourself in an unhealthy environment

research possible copying strategies and  Implement them while you look for a new job

there are no opportunities for growth  and I know this will be important for you

when there are no longer opportunities for growth  in your organization it is usually time to move on

opportunities for growth are not limited to  Promotions or vertical advances in an organization  

opportunities can also come  in form of working on a new  

project learning a new branch of the business

being mentored by a senior leader or  taking on a mid-level leadership position

before quitting engage your manager and  formally request this type of opportunity

if the organization is not open to any type of  growth opportunity it's a sign you should quit  

what else the company's future  is in question very important

although many companies experience  cycles of highs and lows which is normal

if your company is significantly underperforming  and or in legitimate danger of closing

you should consider leaving my friend you  should investigate about it all the time

your values are not aligned with those  of the organization also important

if your personal values are not aligned  to your organization then be careful

it is likely an indicator that you need  to leave what else what else oh I know  

that are substantially better opportunities  available at another organization

even at jobs that are comfortable with a positive  work environment and supportive colleagues

if there are substantially better opportunities  at other organizations in your field

you should consider quitting to pursue them  this includes opportunities for higher salaries

career advancement a broader Professional  Network or professional fulfillment

Everything feels overwhelming work can be  stressful but if you're feeling overwhelmed

or anxious at every little setback or problem that  pops up it may be a sign your headed towards burn  

out in addition if projects or work tests that  used to bring you Joy are now feeling stressful

it may be a sign that your overworked and  it's time to move on to another opportunity

or maybe you're just tired of working in a  company and you want to start your own business

well damn it's very late I have  to go although I'm really sorry

no wait I need to know more  about that it's very useful
