H that's a confusing way to say it because  that more kind of sounds like you have more  

hours but it's not the case you have more  flexible hours your work hours are more  

flexible flexible means you can bend it you  can choose when to work you you get to choose  

when to work so this person now has more work  hours that are flexible his his uh his schedule  

is more flexible all right so he used to have a  fixed work schedule but now I have more flexible

Own Boss self-employed all right now another way  to say self-employed is working for yourself I  

love working for myself there's a little bit of  a difference working for myself is like you don't  

have a boss I don't have a boss I work for myself  whereas self-employed is more like I'm My Own Boss  

I I'm doing my own thing I'm self-employed so  the self is is kind of an empowering word I'm  

self-employed I do it myself whereas this one  I love working for myself that's more of um I  

I love not having a boss I don't need to answer  to anyone I don't need to answer to anyone but
