don't know about you but I think last week went very fast and yes I'm going to

say it straight away I have a cold I have an absolutely stinking cold and

it's thanks to mr. Steve that I have a cold so thank you mr. Steve for giving

me your cold I wonder if Steve will have the courage

to come on tomorrow and join us live and apologise to everyone for giving me a

cold thus ruining your entertainment there you can see some live views now

is looking rather sunny today however it is rather windy the wind is blowing and

you down because I was lying in bed last night thinking to myself should i cancel

the Saturday livestream but my conscience said no mr. Duncan you should

you should be on that livestream and Here I am right now I have some I have

some medicine I have these these blue tablets they are blue they look blue to

me maybe they are really purple I'm not quite sure but that's what I have I'm

taking these two to help my throat because at the moment my throat is very

sore talking to you is actually causing me pain although some people would say

like candy but they are medicated so they have something inside which can

help your throat so if you put one of these in your mouth and then if you suck

the sweet it will hopefully help your throat
