and enjoy watching it and read try to read along  and things like that some passive learning right

there are many ways that you can find enjoyment  um and the last the last thing here and then we'll

much but at the end of the day that doesn't matter  right as long as i can communicate what i needed

to then slowly i improved the less i practiced and  the more nervous that i got the lower my level was  

다음에는 천천히 연습을 적게 할수록 향상되었고 더 긴장할수록 내 수준은

i couldn't grow if i wasn't practicing so even  if you feel nervous make yourself do it and at
