I am great I know a few months ago  I wasn't prepared enough but now I

am that's good to know well let's  start then can you tell me about

yourself sure I can I am a dedicated and  hardworking individual with a background in

marketing I I have 10 years of  experience working in important marketing

companies working in various roles such as  organizing events and checking important

projects I also have experience in areas like  digital marketing content creation social media

management and many others in my previous  job at X company I was responsible for  

planning marketing campaigns analyzing  market trends creating content etc for  

example I managed a successful social media  campaign that increased our followers by 1  

million my experience has taught me the  importance of of understanding our target

audience and creating strategies that  effectively reach and engage them that's all

Stone one of my strengths is my ability to  communicate clearly and effectively in my  

previous job I often had to explain complex  information to customers and team members

in a way that was easy to understand  another strength is my organizational

skills I can manage multiple tasks and  meet deadlines without compromising

quality for example I managed a project  with a tight deadline by organizing my tests  

which helped me complete the  project on time and with great

results finally I am good at problem solving I  enjoy finding Creative Solutions to challenges  

and have a track record of improving processes to  increase efficien that's it I see well those were  

your strengths now what are your weaknesses one  weakness I have is that I can be overly focused on  

details sometimes I spend too much time perfecting  a task which can slow down my progress and UT task  

that can be a problem however I am working on this  by setting time limits for myself and reminding  

myself to keep the bigger picture in mind for  example in my last job I learned to review my work  

quickly and move on while still maintaining a high  standard of quality this has helped me become more

efficient without sacrificing attention  to detail I am sure I can continue
