Oden yes that's right good  morning sir my name is Sebastian

Odin nice to meet you Sebastian why  don't you tell me a little about yourself

yes of course I am a recent  graduate with a bachelor's degree in

marketing during my studies I had the opportunity  to take several courses relevant to this

position such as digital marketing and consumer  

Behavior furthermore I have  gained transferable skills  

such as problem solving and teamwork through my  volunteer work as a member of a local charity

organization I am eager to apply these skills  and continue learning in a professional

setting I am very excited about this  opportunity to join your team and grow  

my career with the company I see you don't have  any work experience this could be your first job

right yes sir as I have already  told you I just graduated from

college yeah I see so without any  job experience why should we hire you

you should hire me because of my Advanced  Tech capabilities I am self-taught

in all of the marketing industry and  I'm currently learning about cloud

computing I am a selfstarter who will benefit your  company in many ways including less time training  

me since I have already started training myself I  am an ideas machine social media advertising and  

print marketing are all areas of extreme interest  for me to prepare for my start in the workforce I  

have been tuning into the variety of marketing  related podcast and the major influencers in  

marketing today my knowledge may not be from on  the job experience but I can assure you that it is

vast all right I understand why  are you exactly looking for a

job now that I have finished my education and  turn 21 it's time for me to move out on my own  

and start the professional life that  I have studied so hard for the past 5

years I am ready to launch my career in  marketing I am ready to learn as much as

possible I see and why do you believe  you are qualified for this position

because of all the knowledge I  have I am ready to put it into

practice I have made a lot of simulations and  I have succeeded now I'm ready to start for

real okay what is your availability  it is important for us to know that

I have already graduated and obtained  my University degree so you have my full

availability I can work full day part-time or  overtime if necessary and I can start now if you  

need me to that's great if hired here how long  do you believe you going to stay at our company

I have already investigated about this  company and it is one of the biggest in the

country so I really want to spend many years  working and learning in this company and in  

two or three years I hope I'm ready to apply  for a promotion that's the main goal for now

and in the medium term I hope to continue  climbing the job ranks as much as

possible all right what do you think  will be a challenge for you in this

job I know that the marketing area in this  company is very extensive you have a great team

when it comes to creativity it is  difficult to agree and unite ideas I know

that so one of the most complicated but  interesting things will be aligning my ideas with

others in order to obtain the expected  result then can exceed expectations that's  

my goal okay how do you handle situations  that could cause you to be late or miss

work the first thing I have to do is I  could communicate my tardiness to my boss

immediately by phone call or  text and then do everything  

in my power to get to work as soon as possible

in addition to profusely apologizing a pound  late arrival I would offer to stay late to make  

up for hours tell me something what are your  strengths how will they help you in this new

role my greatest strength is my ability  to excel in highly pressurized situations

I have found creative ways to keep  calm when working under pressure for

example organizing my work more efficiently  and getting the most important work done during  

the time I am most productive being able to work  effectively under pressure has also allowed me to  

contribute a lot more to my team when they need  me most not to mention I exercise regularly and  

meditate which has helped me control stress  and focus more clearly at work which is great  

to help you control the pressures of work  and I know I don't have any work experience

but I have learned this in my projects  and simulations I have also participated  

in practices all right how would  your teachers or professors describe

you I believe that my teachers go describe  me as creative tenacious and focus

they were always happy that I could  solve many group problems on my

own I see what questions do  you have about this job tell

me I don't have any questions  sir I know this company very well

and I am sure I will learn a lot working  here and I'm sure I can be a good

asset I think you can be a great candidate  for this position you can pass to the next

interview seriously oh thank you very  much you won't regret it sir thank you
