royman good morning yeah I am Frank  royman I am happy to be here today

sir are you ready to start with your  interview Mr royman this is your second  

interview right yes sir it is I passed my first  interview last week they told me to come here  

today all right well congratulations  for passing the first part of this

process since our process is not easy then  I assume you must be a good candidate very  

good thank you sir in fact I'm really  excited I want to work here because  

this is a great company well let's start  then I also want to know tell us a bit  

about yourself please okay I completed a  postgraduate diploma in journalism 2 years

ago I've been working professionally  as a journalist for 6 years after I

graduated I got a job when I was in my last  University year I applied to America company  

and it went well since then I have been working  in that place I have learned a lot of things in my

job well in my previous job because I quit  last month I had to take that important  

decision and talking about that why did you  quit your last job or why did you decide to

leave I loved my previous job I liked going to  work every day I had learned a lot of things  

there my co-workers were excellent people  and my boss was a good person too I was

happy but I was working there for two years  I was an assistant there it was fine at the

beginning but I had learned everything possible  I needed to learn new things and to take on new

responsibilities so I decided to ask my boss  for a promotion because he had promised I could  

ask for one once I had two years working in  that company well I did I decided to talk to  

him but he told me the general manager  had already gave my job position to his

cousin I mean I was more than qualified  to take on those responsibilities it was  

not fair that's why I decided to quit because I  know I can do more things than the things I was

doing I talked to my boss he told me I was  taking the right decision and here I am I  

know I can learn a lot of things here in this  company that's why I am very excited to be here

I understand all right why are  you interested in working for this

company well I know you have an area which  you're developing I am very interested in  

being part of it I'm looking for a new  challenge which will allow me to develop

professionally okay and tell  me what has been your greatest

achievement I managed a team of seven people  to complete one of the largest projects my  

former employer had undertaken although I was  an assistant I was in charch of that project  

and we did it very well that's why I can say  I am a good leader because I like to organize

people all right what would you  like to be doing 5 years from

now I would like to have worked on much  bigger projects and perhaps be leading a

team I would like to be working more in  a managerial role since I can lead big  

teams I think I can make it oh also I'd like to  participate in the National journalism contest and  

of course win the first prize I think that will  give Prestige to me and the company I am working

for oh that's interesting I'm  curious what do you know about this

company well I know that you're one  of the biggest channels in the country

also I've read that you've invested in some  of the latest technology and that interest me  

a lot I got particularly interested by your  recent investment in artificial intelligence

products you have also won many awards due to  the great job people here make it motivates me  

too that's right we are one of the biggest  companies in the country that's correct so  

why should we hire you I mean why do you  think think you will be a good asset for  

this company well as a start I have all the  skills and work experience required for the  

job I have learned a lot in my previous job  and I also took some courses to improve my

skills oh on the top of that I have experience  working with tech companies I I know you work with

technology so I'll be able to pick up all the  items specifics much faster than the other

candidates I know there are a lot  of things I still don't know but I  

am curious and I love learning new  things if I don't know anything I  

investigate about that until  I have that clear that's the

thing that's good what are your  salary requirements it is important to

know my salary requirement is  in the 30,000 to 40,000 range

annually you have investigated about that  because that's what we offer for this J  

position well I think that's all your second  interview was great do you have any questions  

for us there's a question I want to make  do you have training programs available to

employees yes we do we always give  our employees the opportunity to go  

to seminars and courses oh that's great what  kind of opportunities do you have for future

development if you work hard and learn  fast you could get a promotion here don't

worry that's great finally what  is the next step in the hiring

process nothing I think that's all  you are a great candidate for this
