What's the difference between  ‘snugly’ and ‘snuggly’?

‘Snugly’ derives from the word ‘snug’ which means  ‘tight fitting’, ‘protected’, ‘comfortable’.

We often talk about clothes fitting  snugly, so if I say, “This is a snug fit.”

than I mean it's quite tight, but it  still feels comfortable I feel safe in it.

‘Snuggly’, ‘snuggly’, ‘snuggly’  derives from the word ‘snuggle’,  

‘snuggle’, which means comfy and cosy and warm.

You might even ‘snuggle up’ with someone  to be all cosy and cuddly and more snuggly.

So, if you're describing something as ‘snuggly’,  you're saying it's comfortable and warm and cosy.

For example, “I might curl up  with a snuggly blanket tonight.”
