감사합니다.

"Thanks" is simply a more  casual way to say "thank you". 

'고마워요'는 '고마워요'를 표현하는 좀 더 일상적인 표현입니다.

And I know for a lot of my students  that TH can be really tricky. 

그리고 저는 많은 학생들에게 TH가 정말 까다로울 수 있다는 것을 알고 있습니다.

Let's go over the pronunciation.

To make this sound it's just the tip  that comes out from the teeth like this.

이 소리를 내기 위해서는 치아에서 팁이 이렇게 나와야 합니다.

Everything should  

be relaxed so that the air can flow freely. We don't want any tightness or stop of air. 

공기가 자유롭게 흐를 수 있도록 모든 것이 편안해야 합니다. 우리는 공기의 압박감이나 정지를 원하지 않습니다.
