Hey, I just found three houses within our budget for our girls’ weekend.  

Within our budget means we can afford to pay it, we have enough money.  

If it's out of our budget or above our budget  then it's more than we want to pay.

Oh, great, are they all beachfront?

Just one of them is. The other two are a block off.  

Here, a block off means a block away from. Let's  go with the beachfront property. I like to  

be able to see the ocean while I sip my morning  coffee.

Property is another word for building, house, or a lot of land or multiple buildings on one piece of land.

Great, I'll book it now.

When you book a property you put down some  money, either a deposit or pay the whole thing,  

and sometimes you sign an agreement. Other things  you can book: a plane ticket, a hotel room. Fun.
