Beautiful English Words - Beautiful English Words for Daily Use

Hello students. In today’s video I am going  to teach you five beautiful words in English  

and their meaning. There are many  beautiful words in English.These  

are words that I think and useful and beautiful.

The first beautiful word in English is succulent.  Succulent an adjective is often used to refer to  

food that is tender, juicy and tasty.  Succulent actually comes from a Latin word  

meaning “juice.” Cactus plants are called  succulents because of how much water they hold.  

So, succulent most commonly refers to something  that is juicy or watery. Here’s an example:

“The chicken I had for dinner  was succulent and delicious.”

The next beautiful English word is Tranquility.  

Tranquility is a noun and refers to  a calm, peaceful state without worry.  

Tranquility is quite a pleasing word to  say in my opinion. Here’s an example:

“I love the tranquility of the countryside.”  Right, the countryside is outside of cities,  

doesn’t have a lot of people, cars, or  noise. So, the countryside can be tranquil.

Here’s another example of tranquility  in a sentence. “After meditating,  

my mood is one of peace and tranquility.”

The next beautiful English word is serendipity.  This is just a fun word to say. Serendipity is  

a noun. Serendipity is when several events come  together to have a happy of beneficial outcome.  

You can think of it as something good that sort of  accidentally happens. Like good luck. For example,

“I met my best friend by serendipity. We met  when we were waiting in line at the bank.”

Here’s another example,  

“It was pure serendipity that I won $50.”  I won $50 by luck. There was no plan.

The next beautiful Word in English is epiphany.  

You’ll notice that the first and last  sound of this word is E and the ph makes an  

F sound. Epiphany, like that. An epiphany is a  sudden, serious realization or idea. Epiphany is  

often used in religious or inspirational  contexts. Often people have an epiphany  

when they are experiencing a bad situation.  Here’s an example of epiphany in a sentence.

“After his car accident he had an  epiphany about how important life is.”

Here’s another example:

“Last year, I had an epiphany  that I should get a better job.”

The last beautiful English word today is delicacy.  This word has several meanings but I am going to  

use it to refer to food. A delicacy is something  that is pleasing to eat and possibly considered  

rare. A delicacy could also be some food that  is very expensive. Here’s an example sentence:

“Snails are considered a delicacy in France.”

Here’s another example:

“I had Kobe steak in Japan.  It is considered a delicacy  

because it is rare, expensive, tender.  The steak was quite succulent.”

Now let’s try an example with all  of these beautiful English words.

“I found this restaurant by pure serendipity. I  was looking for a restaurant on another street  

when I had an epiphany to look on this street.  There weren’t many people in the restaurant so  

it gave me a feeling of tranquility. It was  a French restaurant so I ordered escargot.  

This is considered a delicacy. The  snails were succulent and delicious.”
