so your name is Simon Simon Longman  nice to meet you Simon how are you  

good morning yes I am Simon I was  a little nervous but I feel better  

now nervous why were you nervous don't  tell me this is your first job interview

well yes sir that's correct  I just graduated from college  

but I am ready to start working in this  company I was nervous but I know it is

normal well yeah don't worry I remember my  first job interview how was your age you are 22  

right I also graduated at the  age of 22 oh those times anyway  

let's start with your interview  tell me a little about yourself

please as you already know my name is Simon I  was born here in this city and I started here

too I consider myself as a hardworking person  and also very loyal I am also curious I mean I  

am not the most intelligent person but  I like investigating about everything  

so if I don't know something I will  investigate about it till I get the

answer that's how I could graduate with  honors being one of the top students in my

class that's interesting tell me  about your educational experience

please I earned my software development degree  at Mountain National University during my final  

semester I completed an internship with Jensen  software as a development specialist I liked  

that course because I could learn a  lot of new things I hadn't learned

before I also completed my cloud computing  certification while studying at the

University I know that very well which I feel  prepares me to take on a role within this

organization yeah when it's someone with that  certification since we work with technology

too you said you completed an  internship with Jensen software that's

interesting they usually offer a job  position to their best students I I  

understand you didn't get one oh yeah after  graduating Jensen softw offered me a full-time

position but they wanted me to work with an  old app I felt I could do better than that

sir M then I have to ask you  why are you interested in this

position I'm interested in this position because  I want to be part of an organization that values  

its employees and what they contribute to the  workplace I'm interested in your collaborative  

idea platform an emphasis on personal  growth through professional development

I want to earn additional Tech certifications  and believe this position can help me achieve  

these goals while contributing to the  company's Mission I know you have a software

Department I know you have the best software  programmers working here that motivates me a lot  

that's why I rejected that job position  they offered me because I want to work  

here in that area I see well it's true  we have that department what are your  

strengths I am punctual person I always  arrive early and complete my work on time

I did it when I was studying at College  I think punctuality is a very important

habit I had a lot of deadlines and I made  sure that I was organized and adhered to  

all my projects also I consider myself to  be a team player I like to work with other

people and I find that it's much easier  to achieve something when everyone works  

together and communicates well when  I work I always take initiative if  

I see something that needs doing I  don't wait for instruction I do it  

I'm proactive when I think about things  I do them I like to see results and it's

important interesting but it's also important to  know your weaknesses what are they my greatest  

weakness is that I sometimes Focus too  much on details of a project and spend  

too much time analyzing their finer points  I had some problems at College because of  

it but I have created a time management  system which helps me evaluate all my

projects I have a list of questions I ask  myself every time I finish with a project  

to verify it's good what I mean is I am working  to improve that weakness to make my work more

productive all right let's see where  do you see yourself 5 years from

now in 5 years by then I will have  completed many of my goals for

sure I will have improved my skills  created more of a name for myself in  

the industry I will have become more  productive and independent in what I  

do achieved a higher position also I will have  become a team leader I will be the leader of  

the technology area of this company that is a  very ambitious goal good for you finally why  

should we hire you I feel you should hire me  because I have the knowledge to take on this

role and the dedication and passion to  lead a team of Professionals in the near

future my skills in collaborative problem solving  and project management make me a strong leader  

if you choose me for disposition I will work  hard to lead this company to a higher level

all right you have a good chance of getting  this job but I can't give you the answer  

right now we will call you today to give you  the answer don't you want to know about the

salary the payment is important but I know this  

company is serious and I know that the  salary will be according to my skills  

the most important thing is that they find  me valuable to the company that's what I

think I like the way you think you know  what I will hire you come tomorrow to
