Positive Self-Talk Speaking Practice

are you ready to do some positive selft talk we  are going to practice speaking English while we  

do some positive selft talk some uplifting um  affirmations kind of like that let's have fun  

with it here we go I'm going to say it twice I'm  going to say this sentence two times and then
