Meaning of LIAR, LIAR, PANTS ON FIRE - A Really Short English Lesson with Subtitles

So liar, liar pants on fire is something that kids say on the playground when they think

someone is telling a lie.

So when I remember my days when I was young on the playground I remember people saying

this if they thought someone was lying they would say, "Liar liar pants on fire!"

No one's pants actually were on fire, but I do certainly remember people saying this

and I even remember saying it myself.
