This quote emphasizes how important attitude is when it comes to success;

when it comes to achieving your goals or not achieving them. So, it's all about

whether you believe you can do something or not.

if you believe you can do something then you set your intentions to do it;

you set your intentions to succeed. On the other hand, if you don't believe you

can do something, then you're very unlikely to take the necessary steps to

achieve the goal.

So, what it's saying is that your belief in your own abilities to succeed is so

important.
