Okay, so I am saying all of  these words very quickly. 

I believe I keep the OO vowel  in 'do', instead of duh. 

But I do say it quickly. "Do, do ya, do ya." 

The word "you", I do reduce. I do change the OO vowel to the schwa. 

Do ya, do ya, do ya. Do ya wanna?" Want to becomes wanna as it so often does? 

Do you wanna? And the last sound here  

is the schwa, gonna, wanna, gotta. Last syllable, always the schwa.

Do ya want to try it? 

Try it. So the stressed word try,  

TR cluster, usually, we pronounce that as  a CHR and I am doing that here, 'try it'.
