word and usually stressed in a sentence. We begin with a CH, then the I diphthong, 

ch-,i don't forget the jaw drop for that. 

Then we have a Dark L. The L is dark here because it comes

Tongue tip stays where it is, and the back of the  tongue presses down and back for the dark sound.
