i'm going to give you some tips and tricks to  think in english and stop translating in your head  

this can help you improve your english fluency  when speaking english do you remember a time  

when you got stuck on some words while giving  a speech or you couldn't think of what to say  

when having a conversation in english you probably  never want to go through that again ever but how  

can you be so fluent in english that you start  to think in english this is the third lesson  

in my learn english by yourself series let's train  your brain to start thinking in english and stop  

translating in your head the first level  of thinking in english is to name objects  

in english what can be easier than this this is  a secret many english teachers teach you when  

you first start learning english naming objects  in english doesn't require a lot of hard work  

as well all you have to do is read aloud the names  of objects that you come across in your daily life  

you just saw something recall its name in english  as soon as possible no long sentences just name  

the object that's it this will make your thought  process spontaneous and you'll start to begin to  

be able to think in english for example when you  wake up what do you first see your smartphone  

and then you go to the bathroom  what do you see there soap shampoo  

a towel this way slowly and gradually you  start to memorize the names of the things  

that you come across in your daily life if you  don't know the words for the things around you  

look them up in an english to english  dictionary rather than a translation  

dictionary to your native language you can  also find english translations by searching  

online in the naming objects level you want to  begin to guide your mind to start to think in  

english rather than translating in your native  language next stop thinking in long sentences this  

is level two of how to think in english often you  might be thinking in english and trying to make  

really long sentences and you end up getting all  the words jumbled up stop doing this right away  

this step involves being precise and using  short sentences in short have simple sentences  

that don't have a lot of extra things to talk  about while getting fluent in speaking english  

you need to start with small sentences  you can use sentences like i am hungry  

i am sleeping i am working sentences about  your daily life are best the next step is to  

start using english things using everything around  you in english now you might be thinking what  

sort of things are in english or where can i get  these english things you don't have to look around  

for the answer to these questions anymore you can  start with your calendar get yourself a calendar  

that has the months in english start writing your  daily tasks in the calendar in english try to make  

your grocery list in english update your facebook  settings to english that way you're interacting  

with english even when you're online make some  social media posts in english this is a simple way  

to think in english and start learning by yourself  talk to yourself in english no no no don't worry  

you won't seem crazy just make sure there's not a  lot of people around have small conversations with  

yourself in english make a routine where you have  to speak in these conversations five minutes a day  

try that on a consistent routine of 30 days  i think that'll help you improve your english  

fluency once you've mastered this step we can move  on to the next step have a recap of your day in  

english this step involves having a recap of your  entire day in english you've probably been doing  

this for a long time in your native language but  now let's try it in english at the end of the day  

start dictating to yourself a recap of your day  where did you go what did you do who did you meet
