questions excellent thank you  for being here remember you

let's start then tell me Walter  what inspired you to pursue your

career well I was inspired to pursue my career  by my passion for creativity and storytelling  

from a young age I loved performing an  entertaining people I enjoyed watching  

movies listening to music and reading  books seeing how stories could move

and and inspired people made me want to create  my own I wanted to share my ideas and emotions  

with the world my family and teachers also  supported my interests encouraging me to follow  

my dreams their belief in in me helped build  my confidence and determination To Succeed In  

My Chosen field that's very interesting you can  also answer guys what inspired you to pursue your

career so tell me Walter what has been your most  challenging role or project and why what has been  

my most challenging role or project and why that's  interesting well my most challenging role was  

playing a historical figure in a recent film this  role required a lot of research and preparation  

to accurately portray the character's life and  personality I had to learn about the time period  

the person's mannerisms and their way of

speaking it was also emotionally demanding  because the character went through many difficult

experiences bringing authenticity to  the role while respecting the real  

person's Legacy was challenging  but very rewarding it pushed me  

to grow as an actor and deepened  my appreciation for historical

storytelling excellent what about you guys  what has been your most challenging role or  

project and why Walt this is important  how do you handle criticism or negative

feedback oh that's a good question and not only  for me but also for any person criticism or  

negativity is everywhere man I handle criticism  by trying to see it as a learning opportunity  

while negative feedback can be difficult  to hear I remind myself that it can help

improve I listen to constructive criticism  and think about how I can apply it to my  

work it's important to differentiate  between helpful feedback and unfounded

negativity I focus on the opinions of trusted  mentors and colleagues who want to help me

grow I also practice self-care and  maintain a positive mindset to keep  

CR criticism from affecting  my confidence too much you  

will always have people criticizing  you especially when you do things

well the worst thing of all is that sometimes  the people who criticize you the most are your  

friends and family that is why it is important  to identify constructive and negative criticism  

that's my advice thank you and you guys  how do you handle criticism or negative

feedback and Walter what has been  the most rewarding moment in your

career well the most rewarding moment  in my career was winning an award  

for my work receiving recognition from  my peers and the industry was incredibly

fulfilling it was a validation of all the heart  work dedication and passion I put into my craft  

the moment I heard my name called and walked  up to the stage was surreal and emotional it  

was not just about the word itself but also about  knowing that my efforts had made a positive impact  

sharing that moment with my family and team  made it even more special I'll never forget

it good for you and you guys what has been the  most rewarding moment in your career or job

so Walt how do you stay  motivated and inspired in your

work I stay motivated and inspired by constantly  seeking new experiences and challenges I believe  

that growth comes from stepping out of  my comfort zone and exploring new ideas  

I also draw inspiration from the  people I work with and the stories I

encounter collaborating with talented individuals  and learning from their perspectives keeps my  

Creative Energy High additionally I make time for  personal interests and hobbies outside of work

which helps me rear and brings  fresh inspiration to my professional

life I think that's great how do you  stay motivated and inspired in your work

guys let me ask you this question please  what role do you think lock plays in success

I believe luck plays a role in success  but it's not the only Factor that's for  

sure because Hard Work Talent  and perseverance are essential

components luck can provide opportunities  like being in the right place at the right

time or meting the right people  however being prepared and

ready ready to take advantage of those  opportunities is what ultimately leads to

success I think luck is about creating  the right conditions for good things to

happen and being able to recognize  and sees those moments when they

come excellent what do you think guys  what role do you think luck plays in

success and this question is important because  many believe that learning English is a matter of

luck I have heard many students say that  they were not lucky enough to be good at

English yes as I told you luck exists but  you have to be prepared and work hard to
