delicious water where does your water come from  do you drink your water straight from the tap  

or do you buy bottled water i have to  be honest here we we often buy bottled  

water mr steve insists on buying bottled  water i don't know why but he always says  

the water is more pure if you buy it in the  bottle i'm not sure how true that is but

it's not too bad although to be honest with you  i can never tell the difference between water  

from the water tap and water from a bottle  that has been bought in a supermarket to  

be honest with you what about you do you  normally get your water straight from the tap  

is the water safe to drink where you are some  people in this country believe that water is  

dangerous if you drink it from the tap i don't  think that's true to be honest with you so i don't  

know why the the the habit of buying water in  bottles is so it's it's is so common and preferred

sunday for our 15th anniversary special because  the 31st of october will be the day when it all  

started so we have made it to the middle  of the week without blowing ourselves up

of course some of the big names in  politics around the world are meeting  

this week here in the uk in glasgow  for the climate summit once again  

we will be talking about all of those  wonderful promises that we will be making  

we'll be cutting down on our greenhouse gases  as everyone flies in their private jets from  

all around the world and they all meet together  in glasgow here we go then yes it's wednesday

to drink some water to soothe my throat because  i have been using it quite a lot during the past  

three or four weeks to be honest with you  i've done quite a few of these live streams  

and it does take its toll on  my throat a little bit i drink  

bottled water we often buy bottled water says  mohsen magdalena says i drink mostly tap water  

of course it is easy to assume that you  can drink the water straight from the tap  

of course not not every country is able to  do that so bottled water around the world is  

quite popular anyway however here in the  uk tap water water straight from the tap  

or the faucet is safe to drink although  there are some people who don't trust it  

i'm not sure why but some people have some  rather strange opinions to be honest with you

yes we drink bottled water no particular  brand normally mr steve chooses  

one of the the cheap brands of bottled water to  be honest with you i can't tell the difference

a bunny hello a bunny in my country  drinking tap water is very dangerous  

i remember when i was living in china and also  other places that i've visited in the past  

quite often they advise you or they advise  me when i was traveling there they told me  

not to drink the water from the tap because it  is i don't think it is completely safe to drink  

completely maybe you can drink it but perhaps  if you do you are taking a little bit of a risk  

christina do you like sparkling  water that is strange because i do  

if i have a drink during a meal that is not tea  or coffee quite often i will have sparkling water  

i don't know why but i i like the bubbles i  like the effervescence of the water i like  

it i like the sparkly nature of water that has  been carbonated it has the little bubbles that  

burst as you pour the water out i like  that it's almost like drinking champagne

water is dirty interesting i think that is  actually quite interesting we have lots of  

what we call water treatment plants so in various  areas normally near local towns or in cities  

or even where i live very close to where  i live there is a small water treatment  

plant there is a place where the water or  should i say the dirty water i think you know  

what i'm talking about all of the dirty water is  filtered and purified over a long period of time  

vitas says we have clean and tasty water flowing  from our tap good good for you i like that i don't  

mind to be honest if i have a cup of tea  or a cup of coffee i normally just use the  

water straight from the tap so i'm not really all  that worried even though mr steve mr steve often

in fact i must say over the past week so  when i was doing it last week and this week  

i was actually starting to feel  quite relaxed about doing it

from people saying mr duncan please do it every  day can you please do it every day forever  

but i'm not sure how i feel about that because  you know what life is like life is unpredictable  

things can suddenly happen maybe my situation  changes maybe something happens that i have to  

attend to and i won't be able to join  you so it has been fun i must admit  

i i feel rather excited in the morning when i  wake up and i know that i'm going to be here  

spending a little bit of time with you so yes  it's it's it's been fun i have to be honest

Catania yesterday we had a dramatic  flood and someone died terrible news  

if you search on youtube you will see the terrible  images flooding has been a big problem this year  

in many parts of the world even in places that  don't normally get flooding i know in greece and  

across southern europe a lot of places have been  suffering badly with flooding and it does sound as  

if it's something that is happening more often  maybe one of the things that will be discussed  

this weekend because all of the world leaders  are coming together to once more solve  

the climate problem the only problem is i  don't think they will so the climate problem  

as far as i'm concerned is the fact that  the problem is no one is willing to make any  

big sacrifices to put things right and  by sacrifices i mean big sacrifices

if you offered the choice to a country economic  wealth or saving the environment you will often  

find that economic wealth and stability  will come first it will come at the top  

of the list so maybe that is part of the  problem part of the environmental problem  

might be of the big countries around the  world the rich countries not being willing  

to make sacrifices and by that i mean big  changes in the way we live so i think it is

something that is not easy to solve and to be  honest with you i think these meetings these  

conferences quite often are just a waste of time  it's just my opinion i don't know what you think

say sacrifice i mean big sacrifices maybe we we  will have to force people to only own one car  

per family so many families here in the  uk i'm using this country as an example  

it is not unusual for for many households to have  two three or maybe even four cars per household  

so maybe that's one of the things we could try and  put right but it would mean making big sacrifices  

so you might say each household can only  have one car instead of three or four  

so those sacrifices that i'm talking about  are ones that will change our way of life  

make things a little more difficult or harder  

but i don't think that's ever going to  happen and even environmentally friendly cars  

cause their own amount of damage they cause their  own damage to the environment because of course  

they have to be made they have to be built in  factories you see you have to use steel to build  

the cars and you have to make the steel and a  tremendous amount of energy is used to make steel  

and then of course you have the batteries  that are inside the electric cars and they are

they are at the moment they can't be recycled

and all of the chemicals that exist inside these  new batteries have to be dug up from the from the  

earth there is one particular place in china one  of the worst places on the planet for pollution is  

in china and it's actually the place where i used  to live when i lived in china it's the same place

so i don't think i don't think anyone really  wants to make any sacrifices or compromises

there might be a magic pet name that both  people in the relationship call each other

you could also call him the boss i suppose  because that is actually the nickname  

that bruce springsteen has as well so they  call him the boss you see so you might call  

your boyfriend brucie or bruce or the boss if  he looks a little bit like bruce springsteen  

so that can also be a type of pet name if your  boyfriend or girlfriend looks like someone  

famous a pet name might be a version of  someone's real name so you might use a pet name  

as some sort of version of a person's  actual real name for example he calls me  

wren because my name is jenny you see jenny jenny  wren so maybe in a relationship if your girlfriend

colleague or a person working with them who  was black they would often call them chalky
