oh hello everybody hi hello there thank you for dropping by here we go with another spontaneous

live stream I'm in the garden today sitting down for a change people always ask mr. Duncan

why do you always stand up so I thought today I would sit down I'm sitting in a chair in

my friend garden I hope you can see me okay and I hope you can hear me okay as well so

first of all we need to make sure that you can hear me and see me I'm using the Wi-Fi

in the house today so something a little different and you are watching me now on my Apple iPhone

6s for those who want to know what I'm using so you are now watching me on an iPhone and

I am using my Samsung to follow the live chat can you see it there on the screen there on

the screen right there so here we go it's another livestream on a very special day here

in the UK because it's been very hot here across the UK we have had some very high temperatures

apparently as far as I'm aware at the moment as I understand the highest temperature today

in the UK was just under 34 degrees just under 34 so not quite 37 they were talking about

very high temperatures maybe 37 degrees but it would appear that it only got his high

is thirty three point nine I think so just under thirty four degrees and you can see

here on my thermometer can you see I know it's back to front I know it's reversed but

it is 31 here today 31 degrees in fact it's now dropped down to 30 so at the moment here

in the UK it is 30 degrees yes I know it's the wrong way around but it is 30 degrees

definitely whatever way you look at it Oh lots of people seem to be here on the live

chat it's very unusual for me to be sitting outside because normally if I'm outside I'm

standing up so today I thought I would do something different and sit down and can you

see can you see there on my chair there is some some bird poo I apologise for the bird

it is a hot Friday afternoon it's now coming up to 443 just coming up to quarter to 5:00

you in on a secret here we go this afternoon I was going to do a special livestream in

the garden with my studio set up so I moved all of my studio equipment outside and then

I realized that it was impossible to do it because there were so many flies in insects

or flying around and getting all over the camera and all over the equipment so I had

to move everything back in so I spent about 45 minutes setting up all of the equipment

and then I decided not to do it so I had to cancel the livestream that I was going to

do this afternoon so instead Here I am now on my mobile phone but there are still lots

of insects flying around unfortunately you look great with your beautiful shirt Thank

You Patricia that's very kind of you I've had this shirt for many many years it's it's

a rather old shirt to be honest mr. Duncan it is a nice surprise to see you I hope you

are in your tropical country yes it does feel like I'm in a tropical country at the moment

because I'm in my garden and it's about 30 degrees out here it's so hot would you like

to have a look around the garden okay I will just move the camera around slightly so you

can see the garden and I will try to give you a little view into the distance so there

we go so that is the weather you can see that it's got very cloudy now so there is a lot

of gray cloud overhead and I think we might get some rain later I know tomorrow it's going

to rain a lot and also on Sunday as well we are going to get a lot of rain and it's going

to feel a lot cooler over the next couple of days as well so quite a few people are

feeling very happy about that news they are thinking oh thank goodness for that we are

so glad that the the cold weather is coming back your garden is so nice thank you very

looks very lush yes you are right yes the trees look very green but sadly everything

else is a little bit burnt unfortunately I will turn the camera a little bit further

the view today it is rather nice actually if we look up into the sky you can see all

the clouds there are lots of clouds around it is a lot Claudia today than yesterday and

that means that we might get some rain and I think we will over the next 24 hours we

and and this Apple has already been eaten by an insect probably a wasp but what I've

noticed recently are lots of the squirrels are taking the apples away so imagine one

of these so one of these apples would keep a squirrel fed for maybe 2 or 3 days I think

I think so I think it's safe to say what is that well perhaps your your viewers can guess

I don't drop it because it'll cause you an injury if I was to drop this I think it's

very heavy it goes somewhere like that so if you were to look at it it would look like

something you find in a house something you find in the house and something that you use

will will come very close to me and they will just walk around because they know well first

of all I feed them you see so I give them lots of food so now I think they know that

without money well some people are happy all the time no matter what they have whether

they have a little or a lot some people are unhappy even if they have a lot and by that

I mean money I'm talking about money so you can be poor and happy you can be rich and

used to I used to be very very worried I used to be afraid of getting older because I I

felt that maybe my health would suffer so I'm not really worried about getting older

what I am worried about is becoming unhealthy maybe maybe when I'm older I can't I can't

walk around or move easily so that's the thing that really worries me to be honest I'm worried

that when I get older I will have to just sit in a chair all the time dribbling down

myself maybe someone will have to to feed food to me with a big spoon so that's what

I I don't like about aging I don't like the fact that I might not be able to do the things

that's interesting I'm not sure if you heard that but many pigeons

the reason for that was maybe there is a predator flying around yes I think so perhaps there

is a predator yes yes the pigeons seem very upset about something I don't know if you

saw that something smells very nice I think someone

is having a barbecue outside because I can smell I can smell food cooking and it's making

me feel very hungry to be honest yes I'm still here don't worry just because the camera wasn't

on me it doesn't mean I'm not here I am still here don't be afraid you will be strong till

alive for as long as possible I will I wonder why you don't get freckles even if you seem

to expose your skin to sunlight well actually I do when I go in the Sun normally I get lots

of small spots on my face brown spots and they are called freckles I will write that

down for you freckles freckles there it is it is now on your screen freckles freckles

are small spots and they they are kind of pigment pigment I think it's melon melanin

is that right melanin so the color that's in your skin comes out to protect the skin

from being damaged and I think that's called melanin I will try to spell that for you melanin

there we go I think that's I think that's that's it melanin and that is the thing that's

in your skin that gives your skin color color so little spots that appear normally when

you've had a lot of sunlight on your face you get freckles on your face like this the

nature is beautiful anywhere in the world yes there are so many beautiful countries

around the world and there are so many places that I want to visit if only I had the chance

and the money how can I speak English like you mr. Duncan as I said earlier it takes

a lot of practice a lot of motivation and of course don't give up it's as simple as

that don't give up in Australia some people avoid sunlight because it causes skin cancer

yes it's very common here as well very common one of the most common forms of skin cancer

oh sorry cancer so there are many different types of cancer and one of the most common

is skin cancer and you're right because many people spend a lot of time in the sun and

they get sunburned and then the skin becomes damaged and sometimes the cells can also be

damaged and they can start to multiply and then they become cancerous they start growing

and they don't stop and sometimes the cancer can spread around your body as well so skin

cancer can be quite serious and that's why it's very important to catch it very early

before it gets too bad I want to know is someone having a barbecue around here is anyone having

a barbecue can I come round can I come round to your house because I can smell I can smell

onions and it smells gorgeous Wow I have never tend because after exposure to the sun I get

red and then white see I'm very lucky because my skin goes very dark so when I go in the

sun my skin become quite dark they don't know why but it's always being the way I always

thought England was not such a sunny country yes it is sunny of course it's sunny we have

lovely summer's English summers are very nice they are so yes we do have lots of we do have

lots of sunshine especially this year it's gone crazy we've had so much sunshine it's

incredible I am now going because it's coming up - it's coming up - one hour and 54 minutes

is that how long I've been on I can't believe it I can't believe I'd been on for so long

I agree Alice cancer is terrible and personally myself I've lost some friends due to cancer

I've lost quite a few of my friends to cancer two of my aunt's got skin cancer but so I
